I agree, she had the obligation to do basic verification that the document was not an obvious forgery, if she didn't that will not go well.

The judge just did Orly a big favor by ruling, in effect, that her motion was never filed. That will keep her from being sanctioned for a frivolous motion. Now if she is dumb enough to try to re-file it, she may not be so lucky.

There is no crime here - he did not submit the document to any government agency.

So what is a Federal Court? Chopped Liver?

He represented the document as real to Orly if he is responsible and she filed for discovery to authenticate it and began to spend money in this pursuit. Sounds like fraud and a number of other things in my book.

Once she was given a court date, she became a federal officer of the court.

You may not agree with it or even like it but that is the truth, and the law frowns on people trying to corrupt a case with forged evidence no matter what the source is.

Thank you for the exposure!

It seems like we have a whole bunch of folks around here who must never make mistakes and never get frustrated when big-mouthed people try to push them around.(MSNBC)

If you don’t like Orly, that’s your choice. But the woman is going it alone and working her tail off re. Hussein’s eligibility. It would be nice if a few experienced and worldly-wise attorneys who have their own doubts about Husssein would offer their help but unless I’ve seriously missed something, no such assistance has been offered. So we have an overworked woman for whom English is a second language having to do it herself. And is being sniped at for it.

Just show me the births for 4 Aug., 1961 from all hospitals in Honolulu. That will convince me if BHO's name is on one of the lists.

I am not talking about medical records.

I'm talking about nothing more than the Honolulu Advertiser has already published and is now distributed around the world.

Rather than state vital records (which would have come from the hospitals) the source would be the hospital itself, to wit, Kauikeolani Children's Hospital, I believe is BHO's (latest). birth place.

The point about the newspaper announcement is to argue that the lists of births directly from the hospitals -- with or without BHO -- are NOT medical records. Are all births medical treatments? Why don't the hospitals repeat this little bit of history and augment the Honolulu Advertiser announcement with the addition of their hospital's name.

(Ans: they won't because it would prove BHO a liar IMO.)

If all Orly had is a picture, then she did us a disservice by posting it. If she has a real document in hand, then she had the obligation to have it examined by a Document examiner to see if it was an obvious fake. (ie ink jet or laser graphics.)

Document analysis is beside the point in this case. What she should have done was to authenticate the facts asserted by the document with the proper authorities. That would have saved the court time and Orly embarrassment. But the forger correctly gauged her crank temperament and was able to score nicely as a result.

You mean like the way she filed the motion for reconsideration of dismissal of the Cook TRO, asking for an "exception" from the local rules because she was from out of state and didn't know them, and stating that it would be a great inconvenience to have to start over since she was leaving the country for three weeks shortly thereafter?

Or, do you mean like the way she explained that FOIA rules didn't apply to her, explaining in the amended complaint that "The Plaintiffs as a group may not have adhered closely or precisely to the letter of FOIA in all of their approaches to the current administration for information, but this court has assured them that the present case will be decided on its legal merits and factual substance, and not on procedural irregularities." ?

Or, do you mean like the way she asked for a continuance of the hearing in the Liberi case -- on the last page of her affidavit supporting a motion to dismiss the motion that is the subject of the hearing (which is still scheduled for this Friday)?

Or ... ?

POLITICAL STRATEGIES 101

OBJECTIVE: Make an embarrassing issue disappear while at the same time ridiculing your opponent.

STEP 1. Give your opponent a fake document that confirms his belief on the issue.

STEP 2. Alert the press to get maximum coverage of the issue.

STEP 3. After several weeks, when the issue has saturated the news, show how the original document was created.

You can now claim that the original embarrassing issue has "disappeared" because you have "proven" your opponent "wrong".

On another note, I have to say that I don't have a lot of confidence in Orly's professionalism or level of savvy. I hope that she can get to the bottom of this, but I'm not holding my breath.

I'll second that. Why is a back bencher working this? No offense intended to Orly Taitz (esq.)(ahem), but has she been vetted in any way?

The judge just did Orly a big favor by ruling, in effect, that her motion was never filed.

It would seem that way, but with the zone so muddy, its hard to tell.

Frankly, we need to get back to the issue of what we know is the problem and let this B.C. thing sort itself out.

And it will one way or another.

I agree with many here, that the Left claiming scam us with a Fraudulent B.C. is going to backfire big time. We do the same do dilligence each time, the Mega thread was not a sycophantic explosion of acceptance. It was a donnybrook of analysis that ended up with a verdict of "Not enough evidence" which is frankly where we still are.

However, lots more evidence has been developed about the larger story that might explain why the President feels the need to allow folks to wave about what is clearly a forgery, and what is only a summary copy of the vital record which he is clearly afraid to allow the public to see.

We need to summarize and hunker down for more fun in the future.

I am happy as a Lark knowing that it was an Obama guy who fabricated this...

For that reason, and for that reason only we would be very naive to think that anything would happens to them!!!

” Since they have now admitted that they create forgeries and disseminate them in efforts to gull people, the only reasonable course of action is to open up the original vital records. “

I see that you also note that Dr Fukino,
Director of the Hawaii Dept of Health now uses the term
“ vital records “ ( plural )
to describe the info she holds on Obama.
When in October she declared that she had personally seen Obama’s original birth certificate.
Singular.
Hmmmm.
The change in terminology and the admission they have have more than one document on file is very interesting.
I think ,as you do ,that the punkers ,
if true ,
have done Obama a terrible disservice.
They have validated that he still hasn’t released his original birth certificate
and have made viral the impression that he was born in Kenya.
I got a bunch of messages the past few days ,even from liberal friends, that Barry’s Kenyan birth certificate had been found.
The last laugh is on them.

I still cannot fathom why a Commander in Chief continues this juvenile hide and seek game with
his birth certificate.
Obama should be a man and release all his records
and end this growing cloud of suspicion over his presidency.
An honorable Commander in Chief would not order anyone to war knowing that just one of them
had doubts about his birth, his dual citizenship,
his Indonesian adoption, his status in college as a foreign student, etc.
Ronald Reagan, George Bush, Dick Cheney, Sarah Palin et al would not hesitate for a minute
to release all sealed records if for no other reason than
to slightly ease the burdens
of the deployed and their families if might have doubts about his eligibility.
It’s the right and honorable thing to do and yet, Obama continues to stonewall.

No, WND was certainly not behind “Punk Boy’s” work, but they were taken in by it, and they claimed to have corroborative evidence that is still nowhere to be seen. (I missed Farah’s denial that this was the big story he was tweeting about. Do you have a link?)

Still proves nothing, except that it’s easy to forge a copy of anything you want. I refuse the believe in the validity of any document posted in a digital form on the internet.

Until a paper form that can be verified is submitted to a controlling legal authority this issue is unsettled.

Your position is probably the most reasonable one on the thread.
