What the heck is the problem with the South?
Lindsey and Sanford elected in SC. Fred “Senate Centrist Coalition - let’s shut down free speech in the name or bipartisanship” Thomson was from TN.

I could accept that sort of GOP candidates from NY or CA, but at least in the South you would have thought that there are some actual GOP conservatives.

They are stuck with him for several more years. From what I hear, the dem who ran against him was more conservative that Lindsey is.
