“Do you even read your own BS?”

I can see now that you are someone who really appreciates an intelligent and thoughtful discussion.

“She can still bring independents and conservative Democrats on board in future speeches. But first she has to galvanize the core. And this she will do very well. These are the people who will be showing up at meetings, writing letters, going to demonstrations. She had made a brilliant move. The momentum is shifting to the conservative side in this debate, and Palin is a great asset. Keep rollin’, rollin’, rollin’.”

I think it’s safe to say, based on events over the past week or so, that the core is already galvanized. And the polls are indicating that independents are turning our way as well. In my opinion, we need to make sure that we maintain and increase support from independents and moderate democrats - that is the only chance we have to stop this bill.

Most of this activity is spontaneous. I don't think what Palin says will affect independents and conservative Democrats. The bill that Democrats are putting together is bad and these people know that. Palin calling Obama's plan evil will have zero effect on them.

If you don't think galvanized is the correct word, then how about confirmed. She has simply confirming what a lot of conservative Republicans already know--this plan is evil, not just bad, evil because of what it will do to people's lives.

Please don't fall for the idea that Palin is bad for the Republican party. That is exactly what the Left wants you to think.

Well I hope you’re right and I have to eat my words. It will be interesting to see over the next few days if the democrats/media think they can use Palin’s comments to their advantage by bringing them up repeatedly.

Hopefully it won’t work even if they try it - and it may not because people seem so far to realize that all you have to do is read the relevant parts of the bill to see that Obama is lying about it.

“Being RINOish doesn’t mean a damn thing if we win. See Arlen Specter and Gay Lindsey.”

This is precisely the attitude that resulted in our now having a stark raving mad communist who is attempting to socialize the U.S. as our President.

Palin wasn’t referring to the End of Life Counseling provisions of HR3200 in the quoted portions of her statement. The AP propagandist, Mark Thiessen, made that up himself as a head fake.

Remember, AP = Always Pimping
