Thanks but there is just no way for me to even consider it. I couldn’t even afford a snack box on the plane let alone the airfare. Luckily I’ll get through this and all will be well. The upside is I get 2 different kinds of Morphine pills to take and my friends suddenly hang around me more :-)

Thanks Jim. After as long as I have been here I had hoped to make it. I have never been to DC before either so I thought it would be a great trip.
Oh well, I make it next year when we have it in San Diego

I am coming fom Connecticut for the march, does anyone have any info on parking.
To: ballplayer; seekthetruth; kristinn; trooprally
Sorry, I don’t know about parking in DC. Kind of curious myself as to where we can park within wheelchair range of the Capitol Building. Maybe a DC Freeper can fill us in.
See you in DC!

Jim - as you know from the Porkulus Bill we protested earlier this year, there is really no parking for blocks around the Capitol itself. You’ll have to be dropped off.
Ballplayer - are you staying at a hotel in the area. It might be better to take Metro into DC. FReep Mail me.

Has there been any discussion of the dress code - official or unofficial - for the banquet?
Do I need to bring a tux, or will my best dress overalls be appropriate?

Actually - my spouse is the one asking about the appropriate dress for the banquet.
I tend to be pretty unconcerned about such things (I leave the worrying to her).
