It’s time to fast-track these czars through the Supreme Court. They’re cearly not in the constitution, have no oversight and pose a serious threat to the stability of this country.

I am still amazed that we don’t hear a word from those bastions of truth in Congress that their oversight of these czars has been eliminated. Not Republicans or Democrats are making an issue of this.

They’re hoping “we won’t notice.”

The ‘Death’ of talk-radio??

Doesn’t anybody remember the 60’s?? Does “Wolfman Jack” tingle a synapse or two??

Underground radio, originating offshore, and delivered nationwide via ‘bootleg tapes’ - the technology of the day -circumvented draconian ‘decency’ laws, and changed broadcasting forever....

I’m as passionate an advocate of the 1st amendment as anyone, but let’s take a breath, here — with modern, borderless, communications reaching virtually every person, would ‘going underground’ necessarily be a bad thing for Talk Radio?

That amazes me also. One of their major powers has been usurped by the usurper and they remain quiet.

I was amazed that they let the Census be taken over by the White House, now the White House takes over communications and still they remain quiet.

What will it take, what power over them does Obama have.

Are they all frightened that they may be called racist?

Then they'll do like China and the internet,
and block certain sites, or jam the airways.

The radio stations should publicize a day of silence and on some appointed day all go silent or just play funeral music.

Take a look at RUSH: McCARTHY on Pelosi, the NY Times and the GERMAN NATIONAL SOCIALISTS,
and also watch this:

Yes, it would be a bad thing.

It would mean that we allowed the Marxists to remove our 1st Amendment rights.

Underground is possible. But think of the fight. Our “Dream Team” talk radio against the Czars. Not the feeble Republicans. If we wanted to a have a perfect enemy they are it. This is a good thing. Bring it on.

IMHO: It will take the folks at Fox News to ask the questions on their shows and get the issue on the table.

.... to publicly funded stations (like PBS or NPR)

NPR should be funded solely by the Democratic Party, left-wing organizations like MoveOn.org and their left-wing listeners.

After all, NPR is nothing more than their left-wing, partisan mouthpiece.

” Then they’ll do like China and the internet,
and block certain sites, or jam the airways. “

And it’ll be even more ineffective here, where interconnectiveness is all-pervasive, than it has been in China, or Iran...

‘Omnipotent Government’ is the pie-in-the-sky mythical goal of the Left - it never has been, and never will be, anything more than a bogeyman to frighten the sheeple into submission....

“would ‘going underground’ necessarily be a bad thing for Talk Radio?”
Allowing the socialists to proceed even an inch with their agenda is equivalent to surrender. These morons need to be sent packing with whatever force necessary to ensure they don't return next year, or ever.
They are trying to systematically dismantle every semblance of freedom in America.
They, and their supporters are organized criminals and traitors. Nothing less than total victory against them is acceptable.

” It would mean that we allowed the Marxists to remove our 1st Amendment rights. “

In case you hadn’t noticed, they already have - ‘Political Correctness’ morphed into ‘Speech Codes’, which became ‘Hate Speech Laws’, and now ‘free speech’ is but a fond memory in the land-of-the-free-and-the-home-of-the-brave...

Even our beloved Talk Radio is constrained by these abominations, and ‘going underground’ may be the only way to exercise and restore the 1st Amendment....

Didn’t Howard Stern receive a $500 million contract form Sirius? How much do you guess that satellite would offer Rush and Glenn and the rest? They might manage to kill over the air broadcast radio like cable did to broadcast TV but it’s unlikely that they’d censor Glenn and Rush.

” Nothing less than total victory against them is acceptable “

Preaching to the choir, here... I’m inviting you to consider a tactic, to achieve the strategic goal of ‘total victory’...

Every Revolution in history - even, and I could argue, especially, non-violent Revolutions - has grown from an active and effective Underground movement....

We’ve ceded so much to the Marxists, that now it’s time to start thinking seriously about these things.....
