Glock, Smith and Wesson, and Remington come to mind.

Obama’s

That's some bizarre punctuation. What would Victor Borga do with that?

“We should write these companies”

I already did, I’m boycotting them for pulling their ads. Two can play at this game, we’ll see which boycott hurts them the most.

It is interesting how the phrase “advertisers desert” caused me to infer that it was a landslide, but when I read the list, it was the same small list of advertisers I saw when this thing first started up. And it has been pretty heavily discussed at FR.

Those advertisers simply don’t get our/conservative’s business.

I was going to switch to Geico in November. Now I’m not.
We always buy Charmin at Costco. No more. It is a cheap price to pay to continue to promote liberty. It’s impact will bed small but, let’s face it, so is the cost to me.

And if I am not willing to absorb even that tiny cost, maybe I don’t deserve liberty.

The other companies products are not ones I use anyway.

“Men’s Warehouse” is 100% dead off my shopping list.

In fact they should be the EXAMPLE store because they are the most vulnerable in this ecconomy.

My first thought as well. Sounds like a great opportunity for new sponsors to get a spot they may not have been able to get before all this hoopla.

I have my list now when I go to the store. I have informed non-Freeper Beck fans about the boycott. I have a TEA Party in Pleasanton this Saturday and will tell as many people as possible there as well.

Amazing - they will pull their ads from Glenn’s show but continue to advertise on Osama bin Olbermann’s hatefest every night.

And Glenn backed up his claim - quoting from Zero’s own works - but all the proof I needed were the words from his preacher.

Speaking of Men's Wearhouse, the reason the Big Mew won't go near the place...

Gov. Paterson used campaign funds at Men's Wearhouse and to pay off bar tabs

...Hot Sheets shops there :)

those stupid Progressive commercials with that annoying woman dressed in white with the red lipstick

You'd need to do a lot of improvements on her before she'd rise to annoying, in my view. She illustrates the need to invent a hyperclicker, so with a single touch you could make her image go away forever.

Remember the yin and the yang . Make sure your patronize the companies that advertise on Beck’s show...any one got a list? ....and avoid those who boycott it. Patronizing the advertisers is far more effective than a boycott. Ask Rush.

the astro turf group that started this CLAIMS 600 members.

I bet they did not exist until a few weeks ago.

this is “jamming”.

The FACT is Obama is a racist.

The FACT is Mrs. Obama is a racist.

The FACT is racism is good business for community organizers.

This in the racism industry can’t allow their leader to be hit with the label. Because then they can’t use guilt as a bully club to shakedown money.

FNC should take note, the ONLY weekday show that is worth watching is Glen Beck. THE ONLY SHOW.

all the others are just fluff and a waste of time. (the D team on weekends is just too pathetic to mention. Cavutto is good, the rest are disposable and forgettable.)

“If I was FOX, I’d subsidize Beck with other shows until this blows over.”

Smart thinking! Beck, if allowed, will surpass the Populist in their ratings.

Glenn needs to have a show listing these Leftist companies and show the reasons they gave for pulling their advertising. For them, it's not about free speech, it is all about controlling public thinking.

The Left has done this repeatedly on MSNBC, CNN, CBS, etc,,,. And no sponsors have been pulled on these extremely Leftist and hateful networks.

I sent off my emails yesterday. We do unfortunately use Geico. So far they are the only ones who responded:

“Thank you for your email request.

If you are a policyholder we thank you for being with GEICO and we want to tell
you more about this matter. If you are not, we also want you to learn more.

This week we took action to move our marketing messages from the Glenn Beck show
and you are wondering why.

Well, you deserve an answer.

If the inflammatory nature of the comments on a program overshadows our message
and causes GEICO to be drawn into a national debate, we are likely to reconsider
where we place our marketing messages, which is what we did.
GEICO delivers very important messages through its major marketing campaigns:
we’re saving customers’ dollars … we’re easy to do business with … we’re looking
out for our policyholders. That’s what we hope the public hears and sees and
focuses on.

As a company, we do not take positions on controversial issues.

As an advertiser, while a national debate on issues can be healthy and
appropriate, we don’t see ourselves in the role of taking part in those debates.

Our business is auto insurance. We want to bring people value and we attempt to
reach large audiences with that message.

It is of little benefit to us if a controversy on the program gets so much
attention that our message is drowned out.

GEICO Corporate Communications”

I didn't know that FOX was pro-socialism.

steve-b ... you need to quit leaving your computer unattended ... one of your 2 or 3 friends stopped by while you were gone and posted the line above ... it really makes you look stupid.
