Lockabie murderer released: Obama’s hostility toward UK causes America major embarrassment
The Collins Report ^ | August 24, 2009 | Kevin "Coach" Collins

Last week we saw Barack Obama’s “Wile E. Coyote” style diplomacy blow up in his face. Once again he has embarrassed America on the world stage.

The headlines from the Democrat controlled media screamed in outrage over the United Kingdom’s release of a murdering Libyan terrorist.

Wile E. Obama’s continuing sharp insults to the British caught up to him and blew up in our faces. In the world of international diplomacy everything is connected.

Obama’s anti British history

Obama’s deep anti British feelings were learned at the knee of his Kenyan grandfather. He was a nationalistic Mau-Mau, a group bent on driving White Englishmen out of “their” country by slaughter and terror.

In retaliation the British Army rounded up the men of Obama senior’s village and tortured them.

In February almost immediately upon moving into the Oval office, Wile E. Obama went out of his way to insult the British government by insisting her diplomats take back a bronze bust of Sir Winston Churchill which had been presented to George Bush as President of the United States.

When Bush left office he had the grace and sense of history to leave the important gift behind for future presidents. Obama apparently blames Churchill for the torture of his Mau-Mau grandfather and took the opportunity to embarrass the British by returning the bust.

Just several weeks late when Obama met with Britain’s Queen at Buckingham Palace he insulted her with gifts of an iPod and a bunch of other made-in-China junk available at WalMart.

The English have the RULE of LAW, and the Kenyan, have the tribal rule of the Chief. He wants to be Chief, and he doesn’t need a Constitution.

There’s an interesting underlying premise to this report if you read it closely: it’s as though he’s saying that “One good snub deserves another”, or at least implies that the British decided to be as free-wheeling and “inconsiderate” of our feelings about this Lockerbie Libyan as Obama was about the Churchill bust and meeting the Queen and Gordo Brown. It’s quite possible. Who is to say, in the “nuanced” world of diplomacy that a strong bond with the UK from the beginning of this Administration might not have resulted in them NOT releasing this Mad Bomber? Instead we get a totally different dynamic, where they do things presumably “to piss us off”, because “we” did things “to piss them off”. Obama and his minions think of this as “Progress”. It’s not.

It's all a pattern. Obama is not who people think he is, and he works hard to hide the truth from people. It makes no sense for a particular outrage to be discussed for a week and then forgotten as another outrage takes it's place.

If we proceed like that, then we find ourselves in a situation where a new outrage is simply greeted with a shrug: "That? Oh, I suppose that's not good, but it's just one thing. Why get so upset over such a small thing?" and this prevents any real realization from building up in the minds of the people.

The reality is that Outrage 1 + Outrage 2 + Outrage 3 ... + Outrage n all add up to a serious problem with the guy in the White House. Deciding that some of these outrages are "old news" is what Leftists do.

It is mentioned because it is almost unheard of to return a diplomatic loan early like this and since this was loaned in commemoration of 09/11 and is of an honorary US Citizen, it does raise eyebrows even now. It has become quite apparent that Obama differs markedly in his opinion of the 'special relationship' between Great Britain and the United States. He has shown that by his gift exchanges and brusque treatment and it has been noted in London.

By the way, congrats on your 1 month birthday here, your views are equally valued by me.

1. There is little evidence BO had much, if any, contact with this grandfather. In fact, Obama's first visit to Kenya was in 1988, nine years after gramps kicked the bucket.

2. The Mau Mau were Kikuyu supremacists. Few if any Luo were involved with them.

3. Grandpa did get in trouble with colonial authorities and was probably tortured, but it was several years before the Mau Mau movement got going.

I would say that the British were an embarassment to themselves on this one.

Every damn Obama/UK related article mention it... let it go people...

And why are you making such a demand. IT happened now did it not, and our dear leader has a habit of going around and poking his finger in the eye of anyone who disagrees with him. He has even been seen giving that international salute to some.
