You know I’ll all happy about people pointing out anti-gun legislation but wish people would fact check their spam before willy nilly posting it.

HR45 does not require you to list your guns on the 2009 tax form. Besides that HR45 is dead in committee, just like the last two times Bobby Rush introduced the Blair Holt Firearms act.

SB-2099 doesn’t exist. HR 2099 does but it’s H.R.2099 - Southeast Alaska Native Land Entitlement Finalization Act. Nothing to do with firearms.

Any bill to “require” listing firearms on income tax form hasn’t been introduced since 2000 (at which time it died a very quick death in committee)

The way Congress operates, it is sometimes very difficult to keep track of so many pieces of legislation, especially since the system appears designed to hide as much information as possible from the voters.

I just sent Paperdoll’s email to a friend of mine who is in the “Friends of the NRA” group, asking if he’s heard of it. Ahh, he just replied that 45 was gutted awhile back and 2099 was a bogus email sent out almost a year ago.

This is one of the questions I’ll ask my Sen. Why do we need Congress if the Czars have the power and the ear of the President? If I was a Sen or Rep, I’d be challenging the Pres on why so many Czars.
