Don't Exhale. EPA Expected to Declare Carbon Dioxide a Dangerous Pollutant

The Environmental Protection Agency is expected in the next few weeks to declare that carbon dioxide and five other greenhouse gases are a pollutant, a move that would require the federal government to regulate them -- even without legislation.

Don't exhale.

That advice may need heeding if the Environmental Protection Agency declares carbon dioxide and five other greenhouse gases a dangerous pollutant, a move -- expected in the next couple weeks -- that would require the federal government to impose new rules limiting emissions.

But some skeptics say regulating carbon dioxide, a byproduct of burning fossil fuels, may be a difficult task, especially since people emit carbon dioxide with every breath.

"The EPA doesn't have the manpower to implement the regulations the way they would have to be," said David Kreutzer, senior policy analyst in energy economics and climate change at the conservative Heritage Foundation.

The EPA head is a enviro/Marxist agitator, like (yawn) all the rest of Obama’s posse.

Good. Fine. Do it. Make ALL KINDS of krazy regs, really REALLY hack a few million more people off, and see what good it does.

It will bring us all a step closer to the breaking point. And, apparently, that’s what it will take.

So, bring it on idiots, and let’s have this out to the mat.

The USSC ruling that allowed this is one of the worst rulings of all time. It is right up that with Roe.

It was decided by five brainless fools intoxicated by the aroma of their own offal.

Oh come on! You know the answer to this. Laws don’t apply to rich liberals. Laws are only to “help” save the proletariat from their own ignorance.

Elections have consequences.

tell that to the ‘conservatives' who stayed home rather than vote for a RINO.

We should sue the EPA and their employees for emitting CO2.

And when we regain power and return to a Constitutional government, the EPA can be abolished along with 90% plus of the federal bureaucracy.

Actually, this will eventually force (not too long I hope) the Congress to limit EPA power.

They will have no choice, to get industry moving again. They are pushing the limits and that will force Congress to limit or completely change in the EPA.
