In honor of the state of his birth, I’d give him the 8 PM slot—Hawaiian time.
Also, the GOP is going to be delivering a rebuttal, which all the broadcast networks (except Fox of course) will be airing in it's entirety immediately following the Obama speech.
I am especially curious if BET (Black Entertainment Television) will be carrying this Presidential address, as they have carried all of Obama's prime-time speeches and news conferences. If they broadcast the speech, will they also broadcast the rebuttal?
