In Ancient Rome, a senator once proposed that all slaves be dressed in brown so they could be identifiable.
The idea was voted down on the logic that if the slaves knew what their actual numbers were, they would revolt ... quickly.
Very interesting. By the same token, we see pro-Obama news undercounting by a factor between 10 and 100 the number of people at the rally so that the rest of the pro-Obama folks in the U.S. won’t realize how vastly outnumbered they are as well as to prevent the rest of the anti-Obama, anti-statist population from getting a clear idea of their own numerical strength.
Can you provide Freedom Works link to that statement? I can’t find it on their site, thanks!
Actually, that number originated during the tea party. They kept us updated throughout. During the rally, they announced, according to abc (yes, abc) there were 1.5 million of us there.

Scroll to bottom, first update.
Oh, I thought you were talking about an update today from Freedom Works. Like I’ve stated, abc originally estimated our crowd to be 1/5 million. Being there, I would not doubt it. =)

Wow..that is the most logical answer I have heard yet, thanks
There was a helicopter that flew over us in a circle a couple of times. Does anyone know who this was and did they take pictures. It was around 12:30 when it circled the crowd at the Capital, as many were stopped and sitting on the grass.
The poster here http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2339024/posts is saying it was a cool million and “Metro Police” called it 1.2 million.
:)
