When I first became aware that the Democratic National Committee prepared, signed and notarized two slightly different Certification of Nomination documents for the Obama-Biden ticket in the 2008 election, I was shocked and after verifying both documents as real, I wrote about it in The Theory is Now a Conspiracy and Facts Don’t Lie released on September 10, 2009.
The question was obvious – Why TWO different DNC Obama certification documents, and why did one have proper certification of constitutional eligibility in it, while the other had that certification deleted?
The Obama camp had been using the defense that the DNC had properly vetted and certified Obama’s eligibility for months. Judge after judge had used that claim and the fact that Obama’s COLB (Certification of Live Birth) had been “Snoped – FactChecked – blogged and twittered” as “legal proof” that Obama was eligible for office, despite the very real fact that Obama has never released any authenticated proof on the subject.
Then we find out that the DNC did NOT certify Obama as eligible under Article II – Section I of the Constitution, in 49 of 50 states. The DNC had only filed such certification in the state of Hawaii, Obama’s alleged birth place. The other 49 states received a Certification of Nomination which did NOT certify Obama as constitutionally eligible for office.
This story caused a firestorm of interest, comment and speculation across the web, leading Bob Unruh at World Net Daily to ask, What does Pelosi know about Obama’s eligibility?

That is true the Nordyke twins were born on Saturday, Zero was born on Friday. We would think that on the following week the government worker would put the hospital records in order before issuing Birth Certificates.
But it is hard to say if that did not happen or Obama was entered later from the Kenyan hospital birth certificate under the laws for Hawaii citizenship.
I'll offer a suggestion...
Rearrange the deckchairs while the band plays "Nearer my God to thee"?

I can see how you are very prickly about the subject, but honestly I have looked very hard for evidence of a valid looking a birth certificate for the Resident, and reviewed the various pieces of material published. It looks a lot like the ones my daughters got in the UK, almost identical, where births are recorded in an actual book during a visit by the parent, just like in Kenya. The certificate my girls have from the UK verifies the existence of the entry by the registrar, just like the one from Kenya does for BO.

It looks like the same sort of document I have from my birth a few years earlier in CA - a print from a permanent record in long form.
So, given that it is such a controversy, and given that the dude is sitting in the Oval office, why not just do what Lou Dobbs suggests and publish the certificate, the real original one, and put all the the questions to rest?
Instead, people who look critically at the published evidence are demonized and attacked as “birthers”, whatever that is, and told by people like you to focus on real issues.
Well, if the Obama is not a natural born citizen of the US and is not entitled to be in the office of President, that is kind of a real issue is it not?
And, would it not be real simple and easy to put it to rest?
Given all the smoke, and the smokescreen to hide whatever is the truth of the issue, I can only assume that there really is fire, and the Obama is actually not a natural born citizen, having thoughtfully considered the information available.
If he really cared, and wanted to convince someone like me, he would just clarify with the truth, would he not, instead of playing games and being silent about it.
I am fully convinced that the birth and death registration book from Coastal Province Kenya, the book with the entry in it, has been filched by someone who is holding a great deal of influence now over the man, probably someone in the muslim world, given the policies that he is implementing.

Just one more shred of doubt cast on the issue. And again, my unanswered question to all the Zero trolls. If Zero has nothing to hide, why not just release the documents and end the debate. Why go to all the trouble to SEAL the documents instead.
It’s obvious to me why.
This BC issue is just one reason among about a hundred and counting why Zero should be thoroughly investigated, since he wasn’t vetted AT ALL. An independent investigation team should be appointed. Anybody but Fitzgerald!

I am fully sympathetic to what you all think and feel. However, as a commissioned officer of the United States I know that my “authority” to act on behalf of the U.S. is based upon my commission from the “people” through their Congress...and shall I say it...the POTUS. My commission doesn’t come from the SCOTUS. I cannot nor should not act until directed by constitutional authority. The military cannot remove a POTUS...even an illegal one...that requires the congress. Then the VPOTUS becomes CINC and orders flow from that person.
Of course, all of this discussion is purely hypothetical. Whatever, do you really want members of the military to make decisions on who is or is not POTUS? The moment that happens, then the military becomes king and not the people. Transition of authority must be orderly and constitutional and not based upon the military acting. At that point we no longer have a country, when the military deposes the CinC.
I am certain of one thing. Should the SCOTUS ever rule that POTUS Obama held office in violation of the constitution...the Congress would remove him and this whole issue is moot.
Besides, I need to make you folks aware that the military is not a monolith...it is made up of individuals with differing views. Should the SCOTUS rule against a POTUS and Congress was to (which I doubt) fail to act...then you will not see uniform agreement amoung members of the military as to what to do. I am talking about a total breakdown of the chain of command if some within that community decided to act. Some would try to stay neutral and wait for Congress to act(like myself) others would (possibly) violently want to remove the POTUS while others (more than you expect) would just as violently want to sustain the POTUS. This is not beyond the realm of possibility. Therefore, I will wait for the Congress to act in this hypothetical situation.
