They are forgeries, plain and simple.

So how can there be three versions of a document that Hawaii NEVER issued?
First, substantiated by who? The two major “experts” who claimed that the COLB was forged both turned out to be lying about their credentials, and were never actually document experts. And after they were exposed as fakes, they promptly disappeared offline and never explained themselves.
Sandra Ramsey Lines is a Forensic Document specialist, no one has dis-credited her. My documentation has been used.
Second, the evidence showing that Obama was born in Hawaii (including the news announcements and the Secretary of State saying “Obama was born in Hawaii”) is already more evidence than I ever got that Bush was born in Connecticut, or that Palin was born in Idaho.
Since when are newspaper announcements - legal documents.
Even Chris [My leg is tingling] Matthews had to admitt that is a falsehood and total BS.
Third, on the flip-side, there’s no substantive evidence showing he was born anywhere other than Hawaii. Jerome Corsi has claimed that he was an affidavit from Obama’s grandmother. That is false. It’s been claimed that two of Obama’s siblings said he was born in Kenya. But no one has ever been able to say where or when they said this. And so on.
Even the Obama STORY about Dr Rodney West, was discredited in a matter of hours. I for one worked on debunking that lie. His ‘blood-relative’ grandmother stated she was there when he was born. The Ambassador to Kenya, even admitted that where he was born is going to be a monument.

Yes, that's the same link you posted before. And that MHGinTN has posted several times. And like I said before, it doesn't offer any proof at all that there was ever a missing seal on the FTS COLB. You state it as a given conclusion, but you don't give any evidence to support that conclusion.

See, you state "No Seal," but you don't provide any evidence of that in the piece above this statement. Furthermore, Sandra Lines didn't say it was a forgery. And you're still citing Polarik as authority, even though he turned out to be lying about his credentials for a whole year, and faked at least one piece of his 'evidence.'

First, like I said before, a little tweaking in GIMP shows that there are, in fact, signs of a seal there. It's hard to see because of the focus and the shadow, but it's there. And the seal is the only distinction you claim exists between "#2" and "#3".
Second, like I asked before, is it really your contention that Factcheck took eight photographs of "Forgery #2," and then took one photograph of "Forgery #3"? And that in a photography session where they took several photos including the seal, they didn't notice when the document got switched out for one that didn't have a seal at all? And that the Obama campaign would intentionally make a seal-less version and share it with Factcheck for a single photo for no reason, swapping it with the sealed version midway through the photo shoot?
Sandra Lines didn't claim the COLB was a forgery, though.

Who asked for legal documents? If that's the standard, I've never seen ANY evidence that Bush or Biden or Palin or Gore or Clinton were born in the U.S., much less in the states they claim. The fact that I've seen Obama's COLB automatically means I've seen more birthplace-evidencing legal documentation for him than any other President prior to or during his Presidency.

Sure...if you ignore the multiple times she stated that he was born in Hawaii. Also, fun fact: as early as June 2008, it was claimed that Obama's grandmother had said he was born in Kenya. But nobody ever managed to produce any evidence of that either.

It's a year later; has there been a monument? And if we're to assume that the Ambassador knows the real truth...why would HE know the real truth? One can at least understand why a grandmother might be a trusted source, but why would an Ambassador be a reliable source to know where a U.S. Presidential candidate was born?

I see. Like when I pointed out at WND about how it says at the top of their forum "At least two of his relatives in Kenya claim to have been present at his birth in Mombasa, Kenya," and asked if anybody knew which two, or when/where they made these claims. And nobody could answer.
Or when I pointed out that Joseph Farah had stated more than once that Sarah Obama had stated she was in Mombasa for Obama's birth, and asked if anybody could point to where she said specifically "Mombasa". And nobody could answer.
Or when I tried to get anyone to say whether a child born to two U.S. citizens, but inheriting dual citizenship nonetheless, was a natural born citizen or not. And nobody seemed to be able to answer.
I can't say that I had viewed those as losses, myself.

And have you put the final product online for people to see how good your forgery looks up close? There's not really any detail visible in a YouTube window. For instance, you cut-and-pasted that seal; how well does the rattan pattern match around that?

At least one has: "I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen."
Have you ever heard any other President's birth be publicly validated by a doctor or witness, apart from the President's parents? I haven't. Did you ever ask why none of their births were so validated? Why demand evidence from this President that wasn't demanded of Bush, or Clinton, or Reagan, or Carter, or Ford, etc.? What makes this President different?
That's simple. The U.S. doesn't recognize the second allegiance or the foreign citizenship. As such, a child born with dual citizenships is, in the eyes of the U.S., only a U.S. citizen.
The U.S. looked upon Obama as being a U.S. citizen and having only allegiance to the U.S.; they didn't recognize any foreign allegiance in him, even if the U.K. did. Fortunately, who is and isn't a natural-born American citizen is a function of U.S. law and only U.S. law, and isn't affected by who the United Kingdom or any other country decides to grant citizenship to of their own volition.
