Madeleine ALBRIGHT -October 12, 2009, 4pm Read My Pins Discussion & Booksigning (at local progressive bookstore) Tempe, Arizona
From Changing Hands:
Former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright returns to Changing Hands with her book, Read My Pins: Stories from a Diplomat’s Jewel Box. Part illustrated memoir, part social history, Read My Pins, published in conjunction with the Museum of Arts and Design’s first major exhibition of jewelry from the collection of Madeleine K. Albright, captures the wit and expressive nature of the pins Albright wore as she met with world leaders and represented her country in formal and informal settings across the globe.
Maybe she should become a fan of “hats” instead of “pins”.
I gotta rush and get my airline tickets - I can’t miss that!

I suppose that no Freeper wants to take one for the team, date her, and find out?
Maybe she’s using this to try to get a date?
OH LORD. Please shield my eyes.
I just threw up a little in my mouth.
the queen
the quote that went with that picture:
Madeleine Albright:Islam is maybe the most democratic religion because there is nobody between you and God. So I do not think that is something that can be used as reason not to have Muslim democracies.
Holy Cow!
I gotta leave town now...
No offense to the Madame, but Islam is COMPLETELY INCOMPATIBLE WITH DEMOCRACY. When Islam takes over, the country is a THEOCRACY.
IMHO, she needs to go sit in a rocking chair and knit.
Was the “HOLY COW” in reference to the “Madame’s” physical appearance?
