Thanks to Leo Donofrio's work in Hawaii, using the Hawaiian version of FOIA, the BC issue just may be cleared up soon. All that is known so far is that Hawaii has the records, they have been amended, Hawaiian Law compels their release to "anyone," and that the Hawaiian Department of Health and the Hawaiian Attorney General are stonewalling.

Check out Leo Donofrio's progress in his fight with Hawaiian DoH and DoJ officials in his fight to have them release the records that the law of the State of Hawaii absolutely requires them to release under their own "Uniform Public Information Act," which apparently is a very strong law.

Their upcoming efforts in the Hawaiian courts to force state officials to follow their state's own laws should be interesting.

Team Obama has been clever as hell with the BC issue. It is important, that's for sure. However, they are using it as a smokescreen to obscure the fundamental issue: i.e., that since Obama, Sr., the man so far identified as BHO,Jr.'s biological father, was a British Subject, BHO,Jr. can simply not be a "Natural Born Citizen," as constitutionally required.If born in Hawaii, he would be a Dual Citizen ... and ineligible. If he were born in Kenya, he would not have been a citizen at all under the laws in effect at the time.

Team Obama has absolutely succeeded in confusing "Native-Born," with "Natural Born." Of course, no one can even state with certainty that he is "Native Born," which is why the BC is necessary. We do know that it has been "amended." We don't know how, and under Hawaiian Law, we have the right to know.

But, not one elected Republican with whom I have been in contact will look into any of this! If you go on Donofrio's blog, you'll see the lame statements garnered from Republican Senators and Congressmen, in which they... THEY... conflate "Native" and "Natural!" They ...THEY ... also conflate the infamous COLB with a Hawaiian Long Form Birth Certificate.

This eligibility issue is bi-partisan, with both sides of the aisle taking an anti-constitutional position. Maddening.
