As usual, it went over your head - I wasn’t carving anything - you are too into spin to understand or answer intelligently. But that’s not what you are here for - you are here to disrupt. I’d say get lost but OBOTS already are.

How is it judicial tyranny for a judge to refuse to go outside of the constitutionally mandated procedures for removing a president?

Those "Constitutionally mandated procedures" say they are applicable to Presidents. Assuming that the person is what the plaintiffs are alleging that he is not, is prejudging the case.

The assumption that being sworn in is the final step in becoming President, and negates any other then unrevealed or unproven deficits, is not Constitutionally correct, IMHO at least. Which of course since I'm a mere citizen, has no weight whatsoever.

Hmmmm. I better not say what I’m thinking. And, I agree, thanks for pointing that out - it answers a question I’ve had for some time. G’nite!

“I know what you mean. Something isn’t right here, getting a creepy feeling, not sure who to trust on here. Probably time to move on out and say adios.”

Yup. I agree completely.

I don't know who to trust either. There are many trolls who are obvious in their alliances. And then their are others who are a little more hidden, but their troll behavior is obvious to anyone who cares to track it.
(OldDeckHand is definitely someone who shouldn't be trusted.)

And please, no one tell me how it is rude to talk about someone without pinging them. OldDeckHand doesn't deserve it.

I have been a FReeper for almost 9 years now. I can't believe I am contemplating saying goodbye myself. But the coddling of trolls on these threads is becoming obvious.
The explanations given as to why they are left alone are not good enough for me right now.

I can't believe this is happening to this message board.

"Knowing that Judge Carter has said this now makes me actually a LOT more upset with this judgment because he made this ruling without considering the fact that had Obama been HONEST it would’ve been an entirely different ballgame for EVERY candidate "

Your comment (quoted above) indicates that you have not read Judge Carter's opinion in it's entirety.

He did not dismiss standing for the other candidates. In fact, he went to great lengths to discredit the defendants' arguments and bolster the plaintiffs' arguments. His ruling pertaining to the other candidates was based on redressability and justiciability. The following quote is directly from the ruling (which you should get and read in it's entirety.

"Because the political candidate plaintiffs are the only category of plaintiffs who potentially satisfy the injury-in-fact requirement, the Court will turn to whether the political candidates can satisfy the redressability requirement of the standing analysis and whether the political candidates can further clear the political question and separation of powers hurdles of justiciability."

A capital idea!

I strongly encourage this.

Major Cook lost his job due to negligent actions taken on his behalf by his attorney, Orly Taitz.

Not because he questioned BHO’s legitimacy.

The Supreme Court does not look into anything; they are not an investigative body.
***There’s nothing stopping them from taking a case that is in the lower courts any time they want to.

Oh, and BTW — it is NOT a lie that a COLB doesn’t necessarily prove where someone was physically born (especially in Hawaii, but in all other states as well).

True.

Anyone who has EVER been involved in the adoption records activism community would be able to tell you about literally thousands of people over the years who have discovered outright FRAUDULENT information on their Birth Certificates - and we’re not talking about names here. We’re talking about DATES of BIRTH, and the PLACES of Birth, too.

Also true. I am aware of a case in my own family.

And, that has absolutely NOTHING to do with ANY of these cases against Obama, and is something I found out over 12 years ago when I worked on changing adoption records laws in various states. It’s plain and simply NOT a lie, and frankly I take offense to your calling it such. Hell, I could give you exact NAMES of people I know who “don’t exist” prior to an ILLEGAL BC after an ILLEGAL adoption was performed — don’t bother asking for the names though, I can’t violate people’s privacy except to tell you that I know these people PERSONALLY and they have gone to court to get access to their records held by the state. And I know TWO people PERSONALLY who don’t “exist” prior to their adoption. Stolen babies and forged BCs are nothing new. [And, no I’m NOT saying Obama was the victim of an illegal adoption, either]

I absolutely believe you.

My question is, since all that is true, what good will seeing Obama's long form do?

He's a middle aged man. His mother and father died long before he ran for office. His grandparents are gone. The sister he was raised with is younger than he is. There is very little chance, as several doctors here have attested, that anyone would specifically remembers his birth, assuming they are even still alive.

So: since official forms are sometimes forged/faked/filed with incorrect information, how will it be better to see the "long form" than the "short form"?

In light of what you said, what proof would satisfy you?

Assuming you mention documents such as school or childhood medical records, how would those help, since all of those would be based on the lie in the "long form"?

No, Taitz filed for conscientious objector status on his behalf. As a direct result, the DOD pulled his security clearance. With no security clearance, his company had nothing for him to do, so he was let go.

Stop posting lies on FreeRepublic!

School records, specifically the records from Occidental college, woul dbe a great help. When Barry entered Occi his legal, adoptive father was Lolo Soetoro. A year later, Barry’s mother divorced Lolo in an Hawaiian court, while Barry was still at Occi, and she entered as part of her pleading that Lolo was legally responsible for Barry still. So, records from Occi would help to determine if Barry used his Indonesian citizenship as Lolo’s adopted son when entering Occidental College and possibly obtaining funds for schooling as a foreign student. Also his travel records from 1981-82-84 would be helpful in finding whether he used foreign citizenship to obtain and use a foreign passport. The issue of abrogating his citizenship status has specific bearing on his natural born status or lack thereof.

The mind boggles at the prospect of a criminal investigation of Orly's alleged subordination of perjury in which the two folks who filed affidavits in Carter's court alleging the perjury were Larry Sinclair and Lucas Smith!!!

Hell yeah! Let's put the on the stand and have them testify to the limo BJ and the Kenya BC on the way to swearing to their claims that Orly tried to get them to lie to Carter!

So, they were honest enough, in Orly Taitz's estimation, to testify for her side. But they are dishonest cads when they say she lied.

How can they be both bastions of honesty when they're willing to testify for her, and lying liars who lie when they won't?

Who lost his job after claiming conscious objector status in his law suit that kills your security clearance.
