Jarrett: Dems want Scozzafava nod (Newt? Newt?)
Politico ^ | 11/1/2009 | Josh Gerstein

Posted on 11/01/2009 9:45:27 AM PST by markomalley

White House senior adviser Valerie Jarrett seemed to confirm Sunday that President Barack Obama's top political aides are working to get the Republican candidate who dropped out of a New York congressional race, Dede Scozzafava, to endorse the Democratic contender, Bill Owens.

"We would love to have--of course, have her support. And it's rather telling when the Republican Party forces out a moderate Republican and it says I think a great deal about where the Republican Party leadership is right now," Jarrett said on ABC's "This Week."

Jarrett said Scozzafava's exit symbolizes a swing to the right by the Republican Party's leadership

"I think it's becoming more and more extreme and more and more marginalized. Look at the number of people who actually say that they are registered, consider themselves a Republican. And if that's the direction they want to go: fine," Jarrett said.

He said she was the future of the GOP and we were traitors for backing Hoffman.

She is now apparently telling people to back Owens.

Not a surprise to us, of course.

How is that “big tent” working out??

I love the way Dear Reader's regime simply manufactures facts. They are the ones who should be looking at the Party ID and voter preference polls. 0 has been a better recruiter for the GOP then even Carter.

She was a Dem plant from the start.

I jokingly suggested all of us sign up to run as Democrats and then parrot their talking points to see what would happen. I think it’d be hilarious.

I’m thinking Newt should stay away from radio and TV for a while.

Now that Newt is radioactive, we need to make clear that any RINO attempts to resuscitate him will make them vulnerable to contagion.

Valerie, valerie, valerie, could you be any more deluded?
See, the difference between the two parties is that our
party is governed by THE PEOPLE instead of party hacks.

If the repub leadership is becoming more conservative it’s because the people reject the “progressive” reality
your party foisted off on sleep deprived democrats and
middle of the road independents.

Valerie, the people have seen “change” and they don’t
like it. Oh, and get ready for some investigations later
as the people demand to know what kind of scam you have
been running on them. Remember, you are under oath!

And .. I saw Newt on Fox saying “WE” had made a mistake by supporting the conservative.

Funny, I think it means WE have finally broken through and the moderates are jumping for cover.

And .. why don’t people take a look at the videos of Obama making speeches while Valerie Jarrett is seen in the background oogling him. I still maintain there is something going on between the two - and that opinion is further helped by the fact that the Obama’s continue to try to show their marriage as perfect and loving - too obvious for me. If you have a great relationship - you don’t need to flaunt it in public. And .. to help my opinion even more .. how did Michelle get so angry all the time. Does she stay because of the power (my opinion) ..??, while the President’s narsisisstic NEEDS cause him to be another Bill Clinton ..?? The videos tell the story.

Of course, Jarrett played a key role in recruiting the self-described communist radical Van Jones to the White House. No wonder Jarrett and her ilk view someone like Hoffman as "extreme".

Axelrod, Jarrett and others in the Obama administration have a rude awakening coming to them...

Of course the moonbat, leftist, freedom hating, America hating, Democrats in charge of the party have their surrogates(MoveOn, KOS) attacking moderate Deemocrats that don’t support the abomination of a healthcare plan.
