An Austin congressman said Thursday that he has confirmed that Fort Hood massacre suspect Nidal Malik Hasan wired money to Pakistan, which Muslim extremist groups use as a base to raise funds and carry out terrorist attacks.
Rep. Michael McCaul's statement followed a Dallas Morning News report that authorities were looking into whether such wire transfers had occurred. It also came as Army officials announced charges of premeditated murder against Hasan, who could face the death penalty.

The man is a terrorist, everything falls in line with a terrorist, everything. You have to be a raving idiot to think he was not a terrorist.
Sometimes it is the OPPOSITE, that raises the Red Flag. Somebody with a low salary, living high on the hog (such as underpaid people in national security) which can lead you to an espionage connection.
This money connection is REALLY interesting now. It for sure must be to a terrorist front over there.

Don't know if your comment was tongue-in-cheek or not, but for your interpretation to be correct, there would need to be a comma between the words "Texas" and "Congressman".

Among the items reportedly found in his upstairs apartment: bottles of vitamins and medications stuffed in a shoebox for which Hasan had obtained prescriptions or, in some cases, that he had prescribed for himself.
Combivir, a drug used to treat HIV, was in the stash with about a dozen pills left in the bottle, the Dallas Morning News reported. It had been given to Hasan in 2001 at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, the newspaper said.
It wasn’t known why Hasan had the HIV medication or whether he was taking it. Combivir also has been prescribed to medical workers to prevent exposure to HIV in needles.
Prescription cough suppressants were among the other bottles reporters said they saw.
I'm watching NBC news (purely for laughs), and the network that on day 1 of the shooting NEVER ONCE mentioned the words "Islam" or "Muslim" for the entire 30 minute broadcast, well, they took it to a whole new level last night.
Now they show one of Hasan's business cards, and it's got this acronym on it SoA, something something something. It translates out to "Servant of Allah, His name be praised". The kicker? They show somebody speaking "We still don't have a clue as to why he did this."
Um, NBC, and other liberal media outlets, let us give you a tiny hint, since your journalistic instincts have left you wanting...
There, that might give the media a hint in their quest for the truth.

I’m sure the other Austin congressman Lloyd Dogget would approve of money being sent to Pakistan for terrorist attacks as would many(not all) of his constituents within Doggets district.
