Notice that the others' hands are over their hearts (even tho' Hildebeast looks like she'd rather be in the Hamptons with Huma), but Obama's hands aren't just "anywhere" -- they're right over his crotch. Wonder what a student of body language would make of that? Maybe we'll get a little primer snippet on Fox's excellent Lie to Me tomorrow night. I'll bet they've put that photo up already, or they will. They do lots of excellent exposition in that show: "Your rulers: What they really think!"
I don't see any way 0bama wins on this matter other than a quick quiet trial with guilty verdicts and death sentences for all; I don't see any way that can happen. The Defense witness list will contain CIA directors, Cheney, Bush FBI directors and even Holder himself. These guys Constitutional rights have been violated on so many levels that I don't see what evidence we have against them. The judge may not even allow these guys to be called terrorists (prejudicial don't you know).
If the terrorists use their treatment as an issue at trial the prosecution must refute it or lose the case which will destroy the president. In refuting mistreatment claims of the terrorists Holder will have to explain why he is holding investigations into that exact matter.

Geraldo and the other MSM saying this is a great idea by using the talking point that OTHER terrorists were put to trial in NY need to be told to stfu because those past terrorists WERE CAPTURED/arrested on U.S. soil. This move by Obama is ludicrous. NEXT: 0bama will send a Concorde overseas for all of al quaida and read them miranda rights and release them to Bermuda or Saint Bart’s resort.
Just like how Obama won his senate elections. He wouldnt stoop to personal attacks himself, he had his goon squads dig up dirt on Ryan and the other slob and had them do all the dirty work while he stayed above the fray and it made him look clean.

Given what happened in Ft. Hood, I think that this political strategy will backfire big time. Ft. Hood is a reminder of terrorism and that 9/11 is not just a fading memory.
This will also be a stark contrast. Hussien wants to scrutinize Bush and 9/11 yet will completely ignore Ft. Hood.
Recently Barack Obama made the decision to bring terrorists to America for trial. Some Americans agree with this decision. However, was there more to this decision then we could possibly know?
I believe that the Obama administration is using this as a “political smokescreen” for several reasons. But will it work? I don't think so. Because Americans are seeing this Presidency for what it really is...just a show.
Barack Obama and his administration are creating chaos/news constantly so that Americans become distracted. They want us to forget that the Economy is in the “toilet” and many of us are losing jobs every day. They want us to forget that they want to control our lives by forcing everyone to get health care coverage; and if we don't we will face a fine or jail time.
Well I've got news for the Obama administration. It's not working!
Obama has shown on many occasions his inexperience and lack of leadership and the decision to give terrorists a platform to spew their hatred for America via our court system is just one such example.
Americans who are opposed to bringing terrorists here to America to stand trial are not questioning whether or not New York can handle such a high profile trial (although many of us do have concerns). What we are questioning is why give the terrorists a voice to spew their hatred to America and the world.
In my view they lost their right to speak the day they killed 3,000 of our fellow citizens who no longer have a voice.
Is there a class in journalism school that teaches them to write headlines with such weasel words? Do they look in the thesaurus under “vague anxiety-raisers”?
