Who knows how this would play out? It probably wouldnt be boring. Once indictments take place and discovery is authorized, things would get very, very interesting rather soon. Chances are pretty good that this would trigger other interesting actions, to attempt to preempt it or negotiate other courses of action.LOL
Pass me the twelve-sided die, dweeb, I'm gonna kill this gelatinous cube.

With The Red Queen, election fraud is likely only the tip of the iceberg, but I digress.

No, I will use “us”.
This is not a real jury, it can not indict anyone.
These fringe weirdo threads make all of Free Republic look bad and give the opposition ammunition to use against us.

This is not about my ego or image. This is about fighting for our constitution and our American way of life. This is a fight for our very survival.
Distractions such as this made-up jury are more help to the enemy than they are help to our side.
But then, maybe it is really about YOUR ego......

Man50D,
All it takes is one judge who is a true patriot and loves his country. Obama’s paperwork is like a vampire. It can't stand the light of day shining on it.

So tell me, what constitutes a "real" grand jury? The reason I ask is that we all are seeing more and more our judicial system act outside of its authority, with judges writing law rather than interpreting it and quite often making demands of government agencies, businesses and private citizens that they have no business making. Meanwhile, Congress is passing laws left and right that blatantly violate Constitutional limits, and our current president might not even be eligible to hold office, but we can't prove that because not a single member of our government will hold him accountable.
With all that in mind, why should I consider the "real" governmental system to be any more legitimate than this grand jury of actual Americans? Why should I give some left-wing nutjob judge more respect than I would give to a collection of American citizens who have attempted to hold their government officials accountable? Are you advocating that we all just sit back and take whatever our corrupt government officials dish out because they are the only "real" authority?

I know a man who is the son of a very qualified and highly rated surgeon.
Would you like him to perform your next surgical procedure?
Unlike his father he never amounted to much and never went to medical school but hey, his father is an expert so he must be qualified... right?

Yes.
Then you understand "grand jury" is never mentioned in the Constitution that spells out the powers to the three branches of government but is mentioned in the Bill Of Rights(5th Amendment)that spells out the rights of the people.
You also understand our founding fathers purposely wrote the grand jury concept in the latter and not the former in order to give the people the power of the grand jury(aka common law grand jury or runaway grand jury) as a check against a corrupt government, thereby creating the fourth branch of government.
You further realize the judicial system attempted to hijack the grand jury process in 1946 with the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure giving the false impression only the courts have the power to convene a grand jury when in fact it doesn't have any such power, is ignoring explicit constitutional language and therefore does not nullify the power of the common law/runaway grand jury.
You also grasp the concept Once a court is served with a Presentment it is required to act upon the Presentment by forming an indictment and set the criminal case over for trial.
Since you understand this overview of information then how do you summarily dismiss the grand jury power granted to the people by our founding fathers? I also ask again what special legal knowledge do you possess to see a flaw or flaws in the grand jury concept that my father with his 55 years of legal experience doesn't comprehend?

Let’s look at some basic legal principals shall we? First a legitimate jury has to be impartial, which is easier to insure when you draw jurors from a random pool. When all the jurors come from within a group, that group has an agenda. Were it not so, a jury put together in the back room of a Black Panther jamboree would be legitimate, when obviously it is not.
Now talk in circles if you want to, but that’s not going to change the fact that this so-called citizen’s grand jury is comprised of like minded individuals with an agenda that relates directly to the case at hand. Worse, every middle school kid with the IQ a drinking fountain is going to know it. This makes us look like fools.

Ours is as much a battle for the hearts and minds of the people of this country as it is a battle against socialism marxism and communism so yes, we do need to be concerned with what others think.

Why are you SO INTIMIDATED about the opposition? Your FEAR speaks volumes!

This is “We the People” being responsive and responsible in the face of potential failure of their representative legislature.
The alternative is too horrible..at the moment..to seriosly contemplate....

I do not fear the opposition. I do loath them however.
I also respect the fact that they are well organized and have the upper hand at the moment.
We need to be smarter than they are, not weirder.
