Nope. I would assume these are also non-human spirit creatures rather than human males.
However, unlike the houris, the Koran does not specifically state these boys are used for sexual purposes.
Conveniently, the Koran does state that the ascended Muslim is provided with a permanent overdose of Viagra to allow him to “perform” at the highest level.
