So, how ‘bout I insure my home and then burn it to the ground. I get the money to rebuild it, but instead I sell the property and rebuild my house somewhere else.

How will that work?

For starters you will have to buy carbon credits from Al Gore. Then you will have to give him something extra so he doesn’t tell the insurance company.

Then you’ll need a flak jacket to minimize the damage to your ribs after the electrical and plumbers unions find out that they’ve been cut out.

It should work very well indeed, if your goal is to land in the penitentiary for arson and insurance fraud.

That's one way to do it, anyway.
