The Post & Email can confirm this afternoon, that Attorneys Leo Donofrio and Steven Pidgeon are representing a group of Chrysler Automotive dealers in seeking legal redress to their loss of their franchises following the direct and unconstitutional involvement of Barack Hussein Obama in the Chrysler reorganization.

Currently, Title 8 of the U.S. Code fills in those gaps. Section 1401 defines the following as people who are “citizens of the United States at birth:”

Anyone born inside the United States *
Any Indian or Eskimo born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the U.S. does not impair the person’s status as a citizen of the tribe
Any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S.

I’m so sick of you folks who cannot seem to understand that there is a difference between a “citizen” and a “natural born citizen” (which is what the Constitution requires for someone to be President).

I’m a perfect example. I’m a citizen due to my being born in California. But I’m not a natural born citizen because my father wasn’t a citizen at the time I was born (and the country of which he was a citizen recognized the citizenship of children, so I was born with dual citizenship).

So stop trying to use these inane arguments about whether Obama is a citizen to confuse and muddy up the issue. It’s not about his citizenship, it’s about whether or not he’s a natural born citizen. (Although even his “plain old” citizenship is on shaky ground as a result of the questions about his traveling on foreign passports that have come up, and never been addressed.)

This will be interesting to see how quick they move to resolve this issue with the dealers that had their franchises stolen away from them with these new lawsuits filed. Especially the Quo-Warranto suit. They will need to make this go away and the quickest way to do that would be to resolve all the issues with this dealers before they go to court!

That's odd. My son was also born in California. His mother (my wife) is not a U.S. citizen yet my son is a natural born citizen as recognized by the U.S. Constitution and all current legal precedent.

Me? I'm sick of birthers who are pimping their fictional definition of Natural Born Citizen, a definition of eligibility created specifically to be one that Obama couldn't meet, as though it is the Law of the Land and then acting incredulous that nobody is buying it.

Your son is not a natural born citizen as understood by the founders at the time the Constitution was written and ratified. Nor am I (born in Canada). Nor is Barack Obama (non-citizen father, born ???). Nor is John McCain (born in Panama).

We are all given our citizenship per act of Congress because we could as easily claim another country. (Canada, Nigeria & Britain, Panama) I’ve accepted that I am precluded from holding the office since I was a small child (it was actually fun to tell the third grade school teacher she was wrong with great confidence when she insisted I can be or do anything I wanted when I got older, even president).

There's nothing to solve. The British citizenship of the Founding Fathers' parents is the reason they exempted themselves from the Natural Born requirement. TWO parents of United States citizenship (not necessarily Natural Born) are required for a US citizen to also be a Natural Born Citizen.

Do you honestly think they would have wanted "anchor babies" to be president? The real possibility of a CIC with divided loyalties would have been suicide for this fledgling new nation. Think man, think!
