"BC2. In 1961, if a person was born in Hawaii but not attended by a physician or midwife, then all that was required was that one of the parents send in a birth certificate to be filed. The birth certificate could be filed by mail. There appears to have been no requirement for the parent to actually physically appear before “the local registrar of the district.” It would have been very easy for a relative to forge an absent parent’s signature to a form and mail it in. In addition, if a claim was made that “neither parent of the newborn child whose birth is unattended as above provided is able to prepare a birth certificate, the local registrar shall secure the necessary information from any person having knowledge of the birth and prepare and file the certificate.” (Section 57-8&9) I asked the Dept of Health what they currently ask for (in 2008) to back up a parent’s claim that a child was born in Hawaii. I was told that all they required was a proof of residence in Hawaii (e.g. a driver’s license [We know from interviews with her friends on Mercer Island in Washington State that Ann Dunham had acquired a driver’s license by the summer of 1961 at the age of 17] or telephone bill) and pre-natal (statement or report that a woman was pregnant) and post-natal (statement or report that a new-born baby has been examined) certification by a physician. On further enquiry, the employee that I spoke to informed me that the pre-natal and post-natal certifications had probably not been in force in the ‘60s. Even if they had been, there is and was no requirement for a physician or midwife to witness, state or report that the baby was born in Hawaii."

There is also the question of what Passport Obama used when he went to Pakistan. It is unlikely he used a US Passport. At the time he would have to been given “special permission” by the State Dept. to travel there. He may have used an Indonesian Passport but could have also used a British or Kenyan Passport.

I could not agree more...even by BHO’s own admission he had dual citizenship for part of his life.

The whole point is BHO’s mother was too young to pass citizenship to him by herself even if he was born on the White House lawn with the whole Bethesda Naval Hospital staff as witnesses!

So where do we go from here? Who is going to lead the effort to get this guy and his group the heck out of the White House?

Well, 2 things we should do and that is to begin to raise money to elect a secretary of state that will demand to see a BC before letting BHO on the ballot in that state. Also raise money to hire a competent big time lawyer to force the courts too look into this matter.

Also keep up the PR pressure, as BHO continues to fail people will take a harder look at him. I like one FReepers idea of leaving Post-It notes everywhere in public asking “Where’s the Birth Certificate?”

The essential issue for me was and still remains whether or not BHO is “natural born”. I welcome any proof that he is. He has spent a lot of money and energy to keep the various pieces of information that would address that question from ever being made public.

Like the Spartan’s at Thermopylae, I have been the resident birther on a Topix thread. 1000 posts laters, anti birthers are stymied by this simple argument, why can’t we see the BC? What’s the Kenyan hiding?

I have added a new twist. Like AGW deniers, birthers will be vindicated. Drives them nuts.

There has been an FOIA request for Stanley Ann Dunhams Passport records filed November 22, 2008 and State Dept will release them as soon as they get around to it. (over one year already) Chris Strunk filed the requests. Why is the
State Department dragging their feet and why isn’t this of National Importance to qualify for expedited service? (see page 2 below)

Regardless of his birthplace, he was by his own admission born the son of a British citizen, and was therefore a British citizen at birth—and not a natural born citizen of the United States.

I, for one, would stay away from the cul-de-sac called BC! I would like to see his complete education records. PERIOD!

Education records will shine the light on many hidden aspects of this ghost-of-a-president’s life and accomplishments, if any. I believe it will be more than enough to start the calls that will throw him out of office, on his ass!

Here are some suggestions for new language to combat the Left’s “Birther” moniker:

1- Ghoster
2- Teacher - teach kids how a minority person became prez
3- Historian - to document the history of the first Black Prez
4- Biographer - to complete and add to the prez books

Ghoster is the antidote to “Birther.” Once you stop talking about the BC and talk about education instead, what’s the left going to use for a comprehensible and a credible come back? Why would the education records be off limit? What privacy?

Did the Twins Birth Announcement ever turn up? Did anyone ask theeri Mom why not and if she registered or if the hospital did it for her???

Is there a single photo of a pregnant Stanley or photos inside the hospital or outside any hospital or any witness or any nurse or any doctor saying “Iwas there”?

Not a single photo of the Stanley pregnant, born, baby, up to 3 years old?

Only a single visit by the father in 40 years, at Honolulu airport , while he was waiting for his baggage?

During his month long stay in Hawaii when Obama was 7 or so, he only met Hussein one time for 20 minutes and didn’t tell a single one of his friends, EVER, that he had a son living then in Hawaii??????

No one finds all this bizarre and unbelievable even for the Dunham family???

The article cited goes on to describe three other methods by which a fraudulent certificate for Barack Obama could have been obtained in 1961 in Hawaii.

Unfortunately, those certificates issued by either the Territory of Hawaii or the State of Hawaii are not fraudulent. Obtaining a Certificate of Live Birth was a simple matter at the time designed with good intentions, i.e. to reunite families of guest plantation workers; but also with political intentions. The act created what we now call 'Anchor babies' who are US citizens, which enhanced and expedited the parents Naturalization process, increased the population at the time of Hawaii's bid for Statehood and continued for more than a decade after statehood, which in turn increased Federal funds to the state. It was calculated, deliberate and legal under the existing laws.

It could also serve other purposes as Madelyn Dunham knew from her experience working at Bank of Hawaii. On the only discovered form that appears valid, it's Madelyn's signature alone that attests to young Barry's birth. (This should raise eyebrows.)

It served her errant daughter and grandchild well.
