It turns out that some records that were supposedly destroyed he took home instead. File criminal and civil charges against the SCUMBAG! Just because my neighbor is doing something illegal does not give me the right to do something illegal to "catch" them.

Wonder when they will let physicians turn in the many fradulant disability claims, fraudulant injuries from workers comp and MVA, and of coarse the drug abusers????????? The .gov does not have enough money to go after these cheats. And let us not leave out the lying lawyers behind these frauds.
