I don't have details yet, but we have a gov. fill-in who has some conservative/common sense leanings...and a huge deficit left for her by DHS head Napolitano

I don't have the link at this moment but several states are now exerting states rights that are freaking out the ozero adm. One is OK. They have taken a hands on position on illegals and other issues and have all but banished them from the state. Some of the legislation is still pending but they are taking the bull by the horn and may be examples for other states that want to be decent places to live. Instead of what states like
Fla., Calif., NY and others are fast becoming.
