Yes, it just occurs to me that Hussein is doing what minority victim groups have always done, passing the blame and the responsibility for their own failures. Only he’s the President, so the buck stops with him, whether he will acknowledge it or not. There is no higher appeal. But that’s not stopping him.

It is very maddening that none of this was necessary. Sure McCain wasn’t perfect, and we’d be fighting him on amnesty, but we sure as hades wouldn’t be fighting him on mandated insurance, weakening America through half-azzed measures in Afghanistan, disrespect of the military, AND amnesty.

I hope enough of us resist the mandates, and that we storm our respective governor’s mansions to oppose subsidising Nebraska, Louisiana, Massachusetts, and other states whose representatives made deals for votes on the backs of the taxpayers in other states who are also having to buy the mandated insurance AND pay for the healthcare of illegals and others. This pizzes me off immeasurably.

“Frigging Baby Boomers!! Who do they think the death panels are designed for??”

Be careful with generalizations. There are many Baby Boomer names on The Wall. A lot of us Boomers served our country, came home and finished our education, started careers, got married, raised families, paid taxes and voted Republican. BLOAT.

You don’t know if you will wake up tomorrow , much less predict this.

If I don't wake up tomorrow, at least I will be in a better place. Also, history has been known to repeat itself.

“Don’t throw all the blame on us! You’ll note that the young voters (i.e., 18 - 30 year olds) overwhelmingly voted for Hugo Obama, whereas the boomers split their vote 50/50, with the older boomes (like me) voting AGAINST ObaMugabe.”

I’m a Boomer but I’m not impressed with my boomer peers who voted for this slime and thought the heathcare bill was super!!
I think that most of them, when told that there would be rationing or end of life panels for old folk, forgot they are the old folk!!

“Why could 60 million of us see that and the other 69 million could not?”

The 69 million saw more and larger entitlements for themselves.

Group-think is a dangerous thing.....and it got us Obama.

Let us review the last 4 Democrat Presidents:

1) John Kennedy - while the public was mesmerized with “camelot”, VietNam was escalated and multiple women assaulted.

2) Lyndon Johnson - the “great society” set black Americans back 50 years, destroying their strong family-units, and transferring trillions in wealth from the rest of society with no positive result.

3) Jimmy Carter - dithering and micro-managing, Carter was a deer-in-the-headlights during the Iran hostage crisis. Oh, yeah, Carter was president the last time we had a severe economic downturn.

4) Bill Clinton - the first major attempt at a healthcare takeover, stained dresses and lying to the American people while wagging his finger at us define this man’s legacy.

Yet, after all this, people still elect these losers and stuck us with Obama and a fillibuster-proof majority in the Senate.

President Obama, for whom I voted because I believed he was the best choice available, is a profound disappointment. I now regard his campaign as a sly bait-and-switch operation, promising one thing and delivering another. Shame on me.

Well, it is a bit gratifying to me that someone like Michael Goodwin would turn against Obama, and there are many more where he came from.

How he can claim that he is a victim of "bait and switch" however, is displaying his lack of judgment for all to see.

We told you, Michael, about Obama's thin resume, we informed you sufficiently of his character by exposing to you his associations with Reverend Wright, Tony Rezko, ACORN, William Ayers, and others. You had to have heard him promise a single-payer plan, as relates to where he stood on health care. One would have to be blind and deaf to not know that his foreign policy would be one of ignoring our allies and getting cozy with those who hate us.

Shame on you and those like you, Michael, who delivered us unto the greatest evil we have faced in our country's history. I want to hear more from you, you are now on the right side, and I sense that you feel the shame you should feel. Your penance is to work hard to convince others like you to move to our side and fight this administration on every front.

But spare us please, the "I was duped" excuse.

To all:

Please consider that any serious attempt to take this country back from the Marxist radicals who now control it will require the enlistment of former Obama voters who have now woken up (too late, as it happens) and see the light.

Don't be too hard on them. Things are about to get much, much worse than most people can begin to imagine. Current patriots will need new ones to join the ranks, and not merely those who agree with us on every issue.

Having said that, there are indeed fundamental and central beliefs upon which we must ask support of all who would join us: a commitment to renewed American liberty, limited government, free enterprise, low taxes, strong national defense, fair trade policies, secure national borders, and a sound currency and fiscal policy.

I am as angry - or angrier - than most of you about the direction in which we are headed, but this is a time to reach out to the hands that may help us, not to slap them away in spite.

Thank you for your service! I don’t mean to generalize but if the writer of this article is representitive of the 50% of the baby boomers ,which is a huge demographic, is it any wonder we are in the mess we’re in??

Clearly, the socket-puppet-Obama was put in the leftist pipeline in response to the failure of Algore and J f’n K.

The only way the USAmerican voters would accept the Trojan Horse of what the Dems have been pushing for the last 15 years (selling the US out to the world)was to wrap it up in the character of Prince Obama compltely spackled with media adoration and 360 degree PR. Not to mention threats of race riots if he was trounced.

I am sure many Freepers stood in uttter disbelief and awe to see all the people who were in the trance of this siren and who at family gatherings in the fall of 2008 and were called racists for opposing Obama.

Then we were called idiots for what we pointed out about the Joe the Plumber incident whcih was quickly turned into a story about the plumber instead of a clear example of how Obama/Soros machine worked.

Obama the sock-puppet-in-chief is at the end of the arm of a system that works well with a pool of ignorant, lazy voters.

And now they have control to sling out vast amounts of cash to buy what they choose.

This is when people start to seriously take account of their destiny and concepts.
