Let me guess: They’re going to exonerate the terrorist, and charge the Dutch fellow with assault?

This guy is an enemy combatant and should be undergoing water boarding at this very monent. Of course 0bama is the sucking up to the Muslims chickenshit president who won’t authorize this or some other methods that get real information in real time, in minutes. And this bomber will provide useful leads but the authorities need to extract this intel now. Not one month later when it’s stale and useless

Abdulmutallab's court appointed attorneys say they will fight the request.

Wonder why they want the sample ?

Anyway, this just shows the folly of not sending him to Gitmo right away.

The last statement in the article is rather chilling:

“Prosecutors are asking that Abdulmutallad be held because they view him as both a danger to the community and as a flight risk. If he is released, it is also highly likely that he would be immediately deported.”

Why would there be ANY talk of releasing him?

His “court-appointed attorneys”..... IOW, his US Citizen-tax-payer subsidized attorneys better try their damndest to make sure this clown doesn’t walk. He’s not a US citizen, and 4 days ago he tried to murder and destroy innocent passengers on US soil, so the hell with him. He sure as hell doesn’t deserve COURT APPOINTED attorneys paid for by US. I don’t care what the law says.
