I predicted this long ago! Within the next 2 years the Global warming crowd will say we have turned the corner, thanks to our hard work educating the world, we have brought planet earth back from the brink and actually reversed the warming trend. I guarantee this will happen, they will never say it was just a cycle.
These same “scientists” believe the world is billions of years old, yet we have only been keeping records for a couple hundred years. These same “scientists” also believe we evolved from apes, need I say more!

It's obvious to me. Any temperatures below normal are caused by natural variability, and any temperatures above normal are caused by anthropogenic global warming./s

In addition, the cool global temperatures during the past decade may appear to contrast with the warming expected due to human influence.OK, how many times have we been told that the last decade was the warmest recorded decade in the history of the planet?

"Translation: Well take the raw data, throw it out, and give you data that shows warming. And well do it with FEELING. And well do it with CONSENSUS!" "Global Warming/Climate Change" is beginning to resemble a Democrat-run election....."we'll re-count the votes until we get the result we want, then stop".

"We are well on our way back to Nazi science, where science serves the interests of the Reich." I don't think so. The Nazi guys were evil, and did a lot of inhuman things, but I've never heard that they "cooked" their data. This is more like Russian/Soviet science (Lysenkoism), where the state certifies the "truth" of the result, no matter how contradictory to reality it is.

Perlwitz et al. used observed temperature data and a suite of climate model simulations to analyze factors contributing to the 2008 North American temperature conditions. In accounting this method is referred to as "cooking the books." Ask Richard Scrushy or Bernie Madoff if that's a good idea or not.
