In the bigger cities where I live, yes, jobs are scarce, and many want to work but MANY CERTAIN PEOPLE DO NOT WANT TO WORK BECAUSE OF THE FREEBEES AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO DO NOT WANT TO WORK.
