Our Freeper Friend Jeff Head was diagnosed
with a serious (they all are to me) form of cancer
just before Christmas

Please help me approach the prayer throne for our friend Jeff Head who is in Houston currently from his home in Idaho to have surgery & treatment at MD Anderson for his cancer. He will be able to respond on occasion.

You might know him for many reasons.. His great mind & posts on this forum .. at which he was Freeper of the year in 2001. He is an Activist, Author, Man of God, Devoted Family Man(father of 6; grandfather of 5) and friend to many.

Father we pray for our friend Jeff. May he find your perfect peace as he continues to trust you with his life. Give the surgeons and medical personnel wisdom and perfect skill in treating him. Please keep him close to your heart as his body responds to treatments and to surgery. Help us to love him as our brother and give support and strength to wife Gail and their large and loving family. Lord, Please help and strengthen Jeff and his family particularly Gail as they face this trial. Grant them your comfort and bring healing to Jeff and we will give you the praise.

Dear Gracious Father, We lift up our brother Jeff Head to You this morning. We understand he will be undergoing cancer surgery. We know it is You who gives wisdom to the surgeons. We pray that You will guide their gifted hands. We also pray that You, Who created every cell, every molecule, and every atom in the human body, will seek out and destroy every shred of cancer in Jeff Head's body. Let there be no evil shred of the disease left to attempt a relapse..May the Sun of Righteousness hover over Jeff Head with Healing in His Wings, and bring Jeff head to us hale and hearty, like this cool picture of him!
