Why is that likely? Student aid? There are far more programs for black American students than for foreign students. In fact, financial aid for foreign students is all but non-exisitent. Admission preference? Same thing. It's a lot easier to get into a college as a black American with mediocre grades than as a foreign student with straight A's.

If I remember correctly the hoax was that someone finally got hold of his records, not that it was ever proven that he didn’t go to Columbia on a foreign scholarship.
We would, provided idiot Biden was sworn in before it was a known fact, at least that’s how it was explained to me.
Depending upon who is interpreting the facts, one could argue that that would be too much of a chance to take.
That said, I don’t (and never have) believed Obama was eligible to serve. But we can thank McCain and HRC for leaving us in this pickle.

Nine months, I remember somethign about this before the election, or my memory is failing me.
Personally, I think it is a GREAT idea! I hope the phone lines of Beck, Rush, Hannity, Ingram and the other yappers as soooooooo clogged that no other issue can get through!

I agree this is a possibility. I do not believe Obama was born in Kenya anymore than I believe he was born in Hawaii. I want him to prove where he was born is all I am saying. I want to know that this man in the White House was eligible to run for POTUS. As I watch him take America down piece by piece, I want to know where his allegiance lies.
Hawaii did give BC's to foreign born. One of the many is placed online for a asian. My understanding was it granted citizenship, not natural born citizenship.
If Obama's grandmother did something for a few bucks to get Obama NBC, then he should not have any problem showing it, right? It would appear legitimate.
Obama's grandmother could have done many things with a bribe. But I guarantee the original was never messed with. Vital records can be sealed but never destroyed.
I think it is possible something is in the amendment of the original.
Most people dispose of their old passport when they are issued a new passport. I would expect that Obama’s old US passports have been destroyed.
As when you enter many countries, you can ask that they not spamp your passport.
This stuff has never worked. Look at John F'n Kerry! We had all sorts of paper on him, but nothin stuck and the Ex SECNAV who ran interference is now a Senator.

That’s what I was told by someone with familiarity with military law...But I’m not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV. The original explanation was so complicated, he finally boiled it down to what I posted. I’m sure it’s much more involved than that.

The reason he's able to get away with covering those things, is that he tries real hard to be sure he can prove every word that comes out of his mouth. That's why he loves showing videos of his targets saying stuff that will get them into trouble. That's why he displays excerpts from their own books/articles. He can only keep doing what he's doing as long as he's able to prove everything he says.
He's not going to touch the birth certificate story until and unless he's got PROOF that would stand up in court. Until that day, it's kookery as far as he's concerned.
Your speculation is not necessarily correct. It became a fashionable fetish among a lot of elite schools in the 1970s and 1980s to dramatically expand their proportion of international students and to position their institutions as not merely American but world-class universities.
Columbia is an elite school; Occidental is not. If the best school that Obama could get into as a high school senior was Occidental, it raises the question as to how he got into Columbia as a college sophomore.
The answer, I think, may well lie in his Indonesian status. According to his own autobiography, he seems to have been steered into muslim student circles as soon as he arrived at Columbia. That would make complete sense if he was known to Columbia as an Indonesian.
Question: Was he using the “adopted” name Barry Soetoro? If legally adopted what would be is citizenship when applying for schools?
The hoax email was the fact the records were released. Nowhere did the hoax say whether obama was enrolled as a foreign student or not.
