I’m wondering how much the war between the white house and the military and intelligence communities has to do with things.

I know one Arkansas Senator, Blanche Lincoln, who is going to be shown the exit door!

Blanche Lincoln Rips Nebraska Health Care Deal By The Associated Press 1/5/2010 5:36:01

LITTLE ROCK - U.S. Sen. Blanche Lincoln on Tuesday said a political deal that benefits Nebraska and may have clinched a lawmaker's support for health care legislation should be removed from the bill.

The Democratic senator from Arkansas said she was disappointed about a provision in the Senate's health care bill that will require the federal government to permanently pay the entire cost of Medicaid expansion in Nebraska, while only paying the costs of expansion in the other 49 states for three years.

Conservative Nebraska Democratic Sen. Ben Nelson lent his crucial support to the bill only after winning the provision for his constituents.

"The people of Arkansas didn't send me to Washington to be a horse trader," Lincoln told reporters before speaking at a Kiwanis Club luncheon in downtown Little Rock.

Lincoln did not say whether she would support a final version of the health care legislation if it included the Nebraska agr eement. Lincoln, who voted for the health care legislation on Christmas Eve, faces a tough re-election battle this year and has faced criticism from Republicans over her support for the bill.

"We'll see what happens, whether it comes out or not. I think it's appropriate that it should," Lincoln said.

Jim Holt has just announced he will run for Senator.

Bye, bye Blanche! Good riddance.

There will be elections, they are guaranteed by the Second Amendment. These guys are polling at 30% or less, its over and they know it. Vacating their seats allows another untainted dim to run for it. Meanwhile these traitors will take 7 figure lobbyist jobs and be able to claim that they were gone when everything collapsed. Dims figured out long ago that they must impose socialism incrementally. Even if half the crap passed by this congress gets repealed, not likely, they will have made huge steps forward.

I agree with you. SOmething isn’t right.

I don’t know what it is...

Maybe Something bad is coming...and these people don’t want to in the center of the storm.

I don’t know who all of the people are in that video at the end..but it will be interesting to see what they do.

I dont think Reid will be elected by normal course of action. His numbers are too bad.

They already are vested in a lucrative retirement an superb healtcare. They are retiring to have other demo-commies run for their elected positons. This tactic is used to insure dems will keep control of the house and senate, unless prudent Americans vote out all dems in both houses.

The enemy never sleeps and always has a contingency plan against America.

There is no doubt in my mind that there will be repercussions to the fingerpointing at the CIA.

Keep in mind that CIA has long been involved with Hollywood types. For example, Bing Crosby helped try to bring down an Indonesian leader with the help of a CIA cut-out.

It wouldn’t surprise me if that video wasn’t made at the request of someone deep in the bowels of politics.

The one thing I haven’t figured out is why Obama is so down on the CIA. I believe his family was involved with the spooks. Maybe he was, too. Maybe something went wrong..or maybe he blames the CIA for his f’ed up childhood.

Maybe..just maybe...he was molested by Frank Marshall Davis..and blames the America.

Endless speculation..but something isn’t right with that man. He has had some kind of brain/skull surgery. No telling what that was about.

...and the very real possibility the party will lose its 60-40 Senate supermajority after the November elections. On the House side, the prospect of heavy 20-30 seat losses is already looking increasingly likely.

Losing their 60 seat majority is pretty much a given, the only question is how many seats do they lose. A 5 or 6 seat GOP pickup is not unlikely, maybe even more depending on how the economy goes. As for the House I think a 20 seat loss is optimistic...for the Democrats. It could very well be 30 or more.

I saw it at another site. Strange that I cannot get it to play at Youtube. All the other videos work. Sabotage?

Others have posted links to the Universal Voter thing, but this feels like they don't think they will need even that by November.

It's not about November 2010.....it's about November 2012 and beyond!

Does anyone really believe it is that simple....a dem leaves office...retires?

The Obama machine is in control of each vote and each candidate.....The chicago machine decides who stays and who goes.....and only a "win" calculation counts....

Keep in mind that the O-Machine is in control of federal prosecutions too......or the lack thereof....

The one thing I haven’t figured out is why Obama is so down on the CIA.

My guess is that they stand in the way of a whole new intel/security agency accountable directly to him. If I were a democrat I would want to put as much distance between myself and the white house as possible if the administration launches a war against the CIA and other military and intel agencies.

A former CIA agent, E Howard Hunt, claimed that the CIA was behind the killing of Kennedy.

Of course, that was a different CIA. Current one has been neutered so he probably doesn’t have to worry about that.

Maybe they can just leak Obama’s birth certificate . HA!

Do retiring congress critters get to keep their PAC money?
I am a big believer in following the money.

Choice: Run for re-election, spend lots of money, maybe lose or run with the money and forget re-election.

As far as I can tell ...Hillbuzz was the first with that video. If so, maybe a Hillary backer is behind it.

If you go to their site, they are, solidly, in Sarah Palin's camp now. They are already starting a grass roots organization in Iowa for her on their own.

This group of sock puppet politicians has run its course. Someone has told them to step down so we can get the next batch of guys that don’t represent the voters. Each one of these guys would cling to power no matter what, unless they were told it was over by insiders.

I read his autobiography, published just before he died. It didn't make this claim. He may have said it previously, but he never provided much in the way of details.

E. Howard Hunt wrote a lot of spy novels, some pretty decent.
