It ain’t over yet, but I predicted:
1. He’d way over-reach.
2. The press would gut what little credibility they had left by not calling him on it after going so far in the tank for him that they’d have no other choice.
They are going to pass SOMETHING, regardless, on health care. We’ll live with that.
Central Europe is now toast forever as far as freedom is concerned. A lot of people put their faith in the US finally taking a hand there and they got hammered. The damage this amateur has done will not be undone in the next 20 years.

Makes it impossible for him to play the race card to any great effect That is one card game that won't get much play in Nevada though. I think the black population is probably somewhere around 3 percent in Nevada.

Remember the "Race Card" isn't just about blacks. It is also about getting sympathy and money from guilty white liberals (GWL). With California doing a going out of business sale a lot of GWL have moved to Nevada. Being able to portray his opponent as an evil racist Republican would have been a good way to drum up some votes from the older GWL and some ground support from the students at UNLV.
