don’t forget Anna Achoo! and PeRATa!
We need a senator from Socal. We are tired of the witches from the north.
There is a good man that stands ready to serve us well.. Chuck DeVore.
Neither Carley Fiorina or the new arrival on the race after skipping out of the Gubinor race, Tom Campbell, are the answer for what ails California.
On to the primary..
Seems like the vote is Boxer vs. NOT Boxer. DeVore is rather unknown to most Californians but doesn’t seem to be at much of a disadvantage in this poll. We need to run a candidate that has strong conservative values. That’s DeVore. He will need help to overcome the party push for Fiorina. Remember we’ve had some very conservative governors and senators like Reagan and George Murphy. They benefited from their Hollywood backgrounds. This time DeVore will need lots of financial support early to get the exposure and the nomination.
Maxine is from South Central, still mostly black.
But, the influx of people from Central America and Korea
might erode support for a representative with her kind of narrow appeal.
Great news!
Great news!
Great news!
I wish one of the repubs. would make a campaign ad with her dressing down the general and with her talking down to the black man from the black city council. Those two things need to be ran over and over, just pummel her showing her condescending attitude to both gentlemen.
hey shove out that Pelosi chick while your at it....;)
I really like DeVore.
I from Ventura County, but often have to drive thru the Valley. The 101 used to be clogged with 0bamabots.
AWESOME. I have family in Simi Valley..love it over there, nice and Conservative, at least the areas I have seen. I remember going on the 118 and seeing a HUGE McCain/Palin poster on someone’s house overlooking the freeway
The only thing that might ruin it for her is that we Californians have had it good for quite some time. With the loss of businesses, loss of jobs, higher state sales taxes, higher state income taxes, higher state DMV registration fees, all in the last year or so, might be enough to throw her to the curb.
But it is still California ...
I am renewing our son’s car license plates or tags or whatever they call them now. $301.00 = California
In Texas it would have been $70.00 and my car is older and is only $55.00 annual renewal here in Texas and we have no state income tax. And Texas isn’t BROKE
On the other hand, Texas has higher property taxes, and those taxes are reassessed as property value rises.
We developed a hotel in the early 80’s in the inland empire and what baffles me is how ya’ll continue to elect absolute idiots to your legislature. Then it made economic sense to pay the ridiculous fees to do business there....but certainly not now. Thank God who peddled that property to some California boys who knew way more than us about the hotel business!
I moved out in 2005. Idaho now. Like night and day the difference is.
