Still rockin’: Brown’s internal poll shows him up … by 11

Exciting new hearsay from Geraghty, yet not the first report today of a poll showing Scotty B with a double-digit lead. I’d love to analyze the significance of it for you assuming it’s true, but … I can’t. I simply can’t wrap my mind around the concept of a Republican building up so much momentum that he’d win Ted Kennedy’s seat in a landslide. It’s like trying to imagine the Jets winning the Super Bowl. The human brain hasn’t evolved enough yet to process such possibilities.

If he pulls this off, I predict the Cubs will go all the way!

Thanks for keeping us updated on the local scene. Many of us in the heartland have contributed and pray that God will give his campaign the knowledge to fend off his attackers with it.

If he is up by 11 points, why would Obama even bother going to MA.

CYA. If he doesn’t go and Brown wins, the precept ion is that he let the supermajority slip through his fingers. If he goes to MA and Brown still wins he can always blame Coakley for running a piss poor campaign. (They're already doing this, btw.)

64 percent of voters still believing she’ll win - a perception that threatens to keep her supporters home.

Brown’s popularity is solid. He enjoys a 57 percent favorability rating compared to just 19 percent unfavorable. Coakley’s favorability is 49 percent; her unfavorability, 41 percent.

No longer does Brown suffer from a name-recognition problem, with 95 percent of voters having heard of him statewide

Mobties ~ No letting up now. If this lead holds, there’s no way the Democrats can cheat their way out of a loss.

ChildOfThe60s ~ If Brown wins, and the margin is less than 5 or 6 points, the Dems will tie things up for quite a while. The legal shenanigans are going to be truly something to behold. And they will make us very angry.

Graybeard58 ~ Ya reckon 11 is enough to over come fraud?

nully ~ Double digit lead? Is that beyond the democrat’s cheat limit?

GMTA...

I’ve been making calls for Brown since Monday. If my unofficial vote count is correct then he will win by a wide margin.

I’m sure it won’t happen, but if Brown DOES win by double digits, they’ll have to bring in police on their off days to watch bridges and the tops of tall buildings, because many national dems may very well become suicidal.

It would be a political polar shift.

Oh yeah, they’re trying everything to cool voter turn out for Scott, but nothing is going to work.

It’s the vote for Martha that’s not alive, and I mean that figuratively and literally.

Cambridge police just endorsed Scott Brown which is bad enough but when one considers that Coakleys husband is a big shot there it is, well, darn right hilarious.

“If he is up by 11 points, why would Obama even bother going to MA.”

Well, he could always pop over to Cambridge to apologize to the police about his saying they behaved “stupidly” after admitting he didn't have all the facts. Maybe have a beer or two before tying up the eastern flyway on the way back to Washington.

This is the SECOND poll showing Brown with a double-digit lead... There was something earlier about a Virginia-based robo-polling firm showing him up by like 13. Robo-polling isn’t meant as a knock either: Rasmussen and PPP are both robo-pollsters.

“Cubs will go all the way” As a cardinal fan my first reaction is to laugh ... but I would vote to end the 101 year dry run to win this!

Every police department in Massachusetts should endorse Scott Brown

The police do not forget what Martha did in that incident!

How's that hope and change working for you Gates?

WOW!
Like I said on my post here, Scott Brown has a heck of a lot more momentum going into the final days than Christie ever did in New Jersey. Christie's momentum was essentially gone by the final week, but he still won anyway by taking cots away from the independent candidate.:

I will make the ultimate sacrifice and turn on MSNBC just to watch them cry

Not a bad idea -- I'll join you. Maybe start a thread entitled "Dem Meltdown Live Thread"
