I don't know if they're just trying to downplay expectations or if the internal polling for Coakley is really bad or what.

They know its really bad. Obama is going to throw Coakley under the bus - he's going to Massachusetts to assure the Democratic base he tried for his party's candidate and the ironic thing is a lot of Massachusetts Democrats just don't like her, period.

Croakleys internals must be really bad. The MSM has been laying the groundwork for the “It is not Obamas fault” excuse for two days now.

I Have no idea what the polls show. I have read so many polls I don’t know what to believe anymore. PPP is going to come out with a poll tomorrow(now we already know PPP is a Dem hack polling company) that shows Coakley with a +1 lead over Brown..I just want Brown to win, we have to kill this bill. Coakley is the worse of the worse, she can’t win

From the story:

The title of a posting on the popular liberal state politics blog Blue Mass Group summed up the take-your-medicine message to disaffected Democrats: “Yes it sucks. Yes you have to vote Coakley.”

A year ago you could have posted the same exact words with McCain replacing Coakley. Look how well it worked for us?

Deep Kimchee for Democrats in Massachusetts coming this week.

Obama to Mass., but die may be cast

That sounds almost Shakespearean.

“This may be a similar Corzine-type situation, where Obama is magnificent but it doesn’t resonate.”

Damn... it never ends. The MSM makes me sick.

I’m not getting my hopes up too high, but 0bama doesn’t have a good track record of getting out the vote for other candidates. Since he was elected, 0bama poured in money, cut robocalls, radio and TV ads to back Martin in the Georgia run off election, Martin lost by 15 points. Then he campaigned in both VA and NJ, McDonnell won by almost 20 points in VA and democrat NJ went republican. So, I’m hoping that 0bama will be the kiss of death for Coakley.

If Zero shows up in MA, it’s only to distribute negative reinforcement to the Rats - he’ll not be there to cheer for Chokely.

You Mass folks spread the word to take video cameras for anyone going to welcome Obama to Boston on Sunday.

Favorite Communist ploy at this point is to create an incident and blame it on the opposition party. So look for the union wannabe thugs to cause trouble.

"“A lot of people don’t even realize there is an election on Tuesday to fill the unexpired term of Ted Kennedy,” Obama says in a robocall that state voters began receiving Friday."

Clueless as usual, eh Odumbo?

You forget that you're talking to YOUR voters. You know - the same ones who believed all the dreck that you spewed last year? The same ones who didn't have the good sense to find out for themselves that you're an avowed Marxist, who's hell-bent on destroying their very way of life?

You actually expect YOUR voters to know that there's an election going on in their own back yard that has the potential to destroy your pathetic term in office?

Idiot...

A dagger in the heart of the Democratic party’s and the President’s leftist programs if Brown wins.

Even if he loses in a very close vote it should stagger the Dems and MSM who wrote off the Republican party as finished only a year ago.
