If you think life is a grind and you'd rather be doing anything other than going to work, you're not alone.
Today is officially Blue Monday - the most miserable day of the year.

Really? Three day weekend for me, paid cash for Christmas, and the snow is melting today - not blue at all.
It is a wonderful day for me! It is my son’s birthday. :)
No snow on the roads, took the vette out for a spin. 3 day weekend to boot. much better than the average monday IMO.
Patriot Tuesday will cure that!
On MLK day??? THAT’S RACIST!
Here’s hoping it is Blue Tuesday for Democrats in MA.
For the democrats, tomorrow is black-and-blue Tuesday...

No, I think they have it all wrong. It may have something to do with the fact that jobs are hard to find, not that you have one!
People are more depressed right after Christmas. The weather is bleak, the nights are long and sun-depriving, the credit cards are maxed, gasoline prices usually begin rising again, and most of the pre-holiday fantasies didn’t materialize. Any politician tied to the status quo is going to face a lot of grumpy voters.
Nope. That would be April 15th!
I don’t know how but we managed to SURVIVE.
Just looked at the latest MA polls. So far it’s tough to imagine a happier day.
The wife and I are having a late lunch at Hooters then taking our kid who has the day off bowling. Then buying some spirits for a Tuesday celebration of a Brown victory. And its sunny and spring like here in the Northwest. All in all I would say its a great day!
