I agree. Both of their comments bombed...it happens. Time to move on to serious subjects.
Beck was out of line in his criticism. I thought he had more important things on his mind. Dad saw a chance to razz his kids and took advantage of it. My dad used to razz us in front of people, too. It made us a little tougher and forced us to laugh at ourselves.
It was a joke. People need to remember that once upon a time we had a sense of humor.

Do a search here on Keywords, 'beck' or 'glennbeck' or title search for 'BECK' --- it is simply appalling what Mr. Beck said about Scott Brown and his daughters.
After reading those messagethreads, I am NEVER tuning in Glenn Beck ever again, I don't care what he has on his show, he has serious problems.
I've never particularly enjoyed his brand of "schtick" but the comments I read about were so over the top, so utterly unnecessary, and really the 'nicest' thing that can be said is that perhaps Mr. Beck is extremely jealous of Scott Brown.
However, I suspect that his utter inability to detect that he was absolutely utterly completely inappropriate bespeaks a much deeper mental problem than uncontrollable jealousy.
I'm never going to knowiingly listen to any of his commentary ever again. What he said was absolutely nuts, and he has made another man's daughters the Target of the Left.

Beck is an idiot and a hypocrite.
I don't care if Beck apologizes everyday for the rest of his life.
It is OBVIOUS that any adult who speaks like that belongs on MSNBC and not on FOX, and it is obviously that there is something seriously amiss with Glenn Beck.
He needs help NOW, and he doesn't need enablers who apologize for this outrageous display which mays Olbermann's rants look tame in comparison.

That’s the frightening and sad truth. I hope this political correctness nonsense changes soon.

BTW Ayla is pretty hot.
But it seems that these incidents will continue and more people will get killed...all because we don't want to offend this group or that (in the Hasan case, it was the Muslims). This is BS. A perhaps unseemly comment from Sen. Scott about his daughters, but certainly nothing that anyone would be killed over.
People need to lighten up...then they need to focus on the real issues.
Another angle:
Scott's daughters helped him during his campaign. He could have easily have meant that they are available to help out others with their campaigns because they did such a fantastic job on his!

I heard that, too. I also heard that some people are afraid to turn in a suspicious radical Islamic, or else they will have to go through sensitivity training, or not get promoted themselves. I hope what I heard isn’t true.
