That question is beyond my knowledge. I do know that 12 states are planning to file suit against the ObozoCare bill on the grounds that the Feds requirement to purchase a private product violates the Constitution. Stay tuned. This ain’t done yet.

Last I heard, AZ is putting it on the ballot in November. What the exact verbiage is, I don’t know. It’s going to pass...I just know it.
The Governor (Jan Brewer) made a statement that in essence, this obamacare is NOT acceptable.I believe that she might be working with the Attys General because our AG is a dem.
A midnight voter block would be a reason to panic.
