Not that I know of. I did hear that the UN forbade our marines from having bullets in their guns during the Lebanon bombing. After that fiasco, it is pretty clear that Reagan lost respect for anything the UN said and even sent Ambassador Alan Keyes to write the Mexico City Language [which did a lot to undermine the UN].
