He snuck in that “Women get equal pay for equal work.” thing again. This isn’t what you think it means, this is an old concept from the early Women’s Lib movement in the 1970’s. Basically it means that so called ‘pink collar’ jobs like receptionist or administrative assistant, get paid the same as an ‘equivalent’ ‘blue collar’ job, like construction worker or welder. There would be a whole buracracy dedicated to deciding what jobs are equal to what and enforcing the pay levels. It would destroy the economy and be unable to enforce.
