ANGRY Obama Lashes Out at House Republicans– Tells Them “I Am Not an Ideologue” (Video)
Gateway Pundit ^ | January 29, 2010 | Jim Hoft

Posted on 01/29/2010 11:20:08 AM PST by ColdOne

An angry Barack Obama met with House Republicans today at their retreat in Baltimore and attacked them for voting against his very radical and failed economic plans for restructuring America. To their credit not one single House Republican voted for the gigantic Stimulus Bill, the record Omnibus Bill, and the Obama Son of Stimulus Bill. And, only 5 voted for the democrat’s business-busting cap-and-tax bill and only one voted for Obamacare. Today Obama let them know what he thought about their lack of support for his radical agenda.

Look at how ANGRY he is while speaking to the House Republicans

YOU LIE

With the O colored in like Obama’s trademark.

” He has massive Democratic majorities in Congress. He can do whatever he wants. What does he need the GOP for? What’s changed that he has to address the minority party?”

Ego. He’s insecure and wants everyone to bow to his fabulousness. He’s been worshiped by the press, Hollywood, everything that counts, but he’s such an empty core that he needs even his enemies to break. Plus his grandoise plans have come to naught, the world is now laughing at him, world leaders treat him with contempt, and he’s smacked down with every international initiative he tries to take over.

He was snubbed over the Olympics, he was snubbed over the climate change treaty, he was insulted openly by Putin, and his agendas are failing each day that more and more people become unemployed. No one is coming to save him and allow him to enjoy life while someone else does all the work and lets him get all the glory.

It was all very well and good that he was a Golden Boy during a campaign, but not while President. He was campaigning for the position, got it through threats of riots, but can’t understand that the world leaders he’s dealing with are not AA appointees and have had extremely hard lives that Zero can’t fathom. He’s soft and these leaders know it.

Why didn’t one Republican, just one, ask Obama to cite some specific examples where he and the Democrats worked with George W. Bush on addressing serious problems facing our nation.

The man is embarrassingly stupid.

I would normally agree with you on that point.

But in this video and meeting, he is playing a mean game of chess. He is making his "I'm a reasonable guy pitch" (complete lie BTW) to the public and backing the GOP into the corner in the process.

I hate to say it but if the Republicans and Blue Dogs present don't come out swinging, all the TV watching public is going to hear are Obama's lies (and he is one h$ll of a liar).

He is trying to shift the blame for the economy and healthcare debacle (which no one wants anyway) onto the Republicans and they better watch out.

It is difficult to win at tennis (or any other endeavor) when your opponent cheats and lies about everything so well and so determinedly.

Bottom line: the Republicans need to drive one point home over and over again until it sticks...

OBAMA IS A LIAR!!!

Nah, it was great. The entire country will now witness an angry Obama ranting and raving and behaving like a drooling Marxist idiot before a Republican group which basically just listened quietly and then picked out a few things they could agree on and praised him for those and encouraged him to act on them.

Would like to see a whole lot more of this. Maybe Pelosi or Reid will have a similar sessions.

Set us up the bomb!

Woo hoo!!

He needs the GOP to tar themselves with the stench of his socialist plans.

He knows the stuff he is pushing will be horrible.

I can see the RATS now proclaiming that the GOP was also involved and voted for these bills. The they will say the GOP could have stopped these bills even though we all know that ain’t true.

But truth doesn’t matter to the dems because they know people are generally uninformed and stupid.

Over the past year Zero has gone from being glorified to being villified because of his idiocy and ineptitude. People don’t want speeches and promises, they want results and want solutions. They don’t care about Michelle and her style, they want jobs, paychecks, and food on their tables. No President has ever had as bad numbers, not even Carter; I read about the hostage crisis and how Carter was kicked out for failing to DO SOMETHING about it. Carter failed and guaranteed a succession of Republican administrations, but the damage should never have been done in the first place.

They were stupid enough to invite his sorry butt.

That isn't it, although I'm not convinced the Republicans are smart enough to realize it.

You actually do want to invite him into as many venues as possible to let him open his trap, and make them as public as possible, then counter articulately. If one has the right convictions, the freedom of responsible people from government oppression, then the more he deals with you the more obvious his bigotry and arrogance becomes.

As we have said many many times on FR, the essential ingredient is to understand exactly what conservatism is, and use every means to relay it.

Although again I'm not convinced the Republicans, at least in Party practice, have any allegiance whatsoever to true honesty and conservatism.

Obama has it backwards. Because he thinks that all cognizant thought is disseminated from Washington, he believes that the reason that Republican legislators cannot negotiate with him is because THEY are telling their constituents that Obama is trying to destroy the country. WRONG! Republican constituents are telling their elected representatives that Obama is doing crazy Bolshevik stuff and trying to destroy the country. But, with Obamas elitists world view, he can only believe that the grass root republican peons are taking marching orders from their representatives. The hubris, the arrogance, the stupidity of this person is mind boggling.

LOL...

Just like a friggen POS socialist to assume that the directions and the agenda was being set by the politicians and the party...

THEY (meaning republicans) didnt tell US (meaning conservatives) that Zero was a marxist and that this healthcare BS was pure socialism. WE TOLD THEM!!! and WE told them that if they didn’t fight this to the “death” that there was going to be HELL to pay.

WE do not want a bipartisan approach to this bullsh—! WE are the masters, not the politicians. WE will tell THEM what to do, not the other way around. The SOB’s in the GOP have their marching orders from US.

We want to exterminate socialism, not work with socialists to “legitimize” the continued bondage of the people of this union of states.

F-— you Obama! And f-— your GD ideology and all who follow it! You have our eternal spite you SOB.

Why is the new bin laden tape have all the radical talking points and telling us they will destroy US and the dollar. A nut sees a radical ideologue that will destroy US and the free world. All through the prism of Global Warming. Why is Chavez gaining power in Latin America? Bin Laden does not care about Saudi Arbria, Afghanistan or Pakistan he will kill his own people to get where he wants to get no matter how stupid it sounds. Here’s what I heard him say:

You Republicans have sold this plan as radical to your constituents, and have painted yourselves in a corner because now, if you vote for it, your constituents will be upset.

So...he believes that we can’t understand the bill on our own. He believes we listen to the Republicans talk about it and swallow their tales hook, line and sinker. And so it’s not that the bill is a big old steaming pile. It’s not that WE have rejected it because it’s a lousy bill. No! It’s that the Republicans are undermining his administration and have lead us sheep to believe that the bill is bad.

He’s so arrogant he doesn’t even know when he’s being arrogant.

I can’t transcribe his lies quickly enough, therefore they are paraphrased.

1) “If you were to listen to this debate and the way some of you (GOP) came after this bill,...”

The elected pubbies really did not go after it as though it were a “Bolshevik plot”, they were too gracious and courteous to do it. They left the dirty work of calling out Obama to conservatives and Tea Partiers.

2) “A plan that is pretty centrist,...”

Where is the center? Page 2,007. Was giving sweethearts to LA and Nebreska the moderate thing to do. What else is in this bill? Who else got paid off??

3) “This is what many independent Republicans proposed to Bill Clinton,...”

Which Republicans? Got any names? Because we do NOT believe you and it ain’t just us whacked out conservatives anymore.

4) “The way this is being presented, by the Republicans, is this is some wild-eyed plot,...”

We need more names of Republican representatives who think this is some wild-eyed plot. They have all been too courteous and polite to you, Mr. Barack. Name an elected official who called this a “plot” and I will personally send $20 to his re-election campaign.

5) “Many of you, if you voted with the administration on healthcare, would be vulnerable within your own base,...”

Yeah, the liar-in-chief finally lets a little truth slip out. Keep fighting, Barack!

6) “It’s not just on your side, it’s on our side, as well,...”

Gee whiz, thank you Ward Cleaver, I’ll tell Beave to play nice-nice with Larry Mondelo. It’s a good thing that the Dems were never hard on George W, Bush. They were always the epitome of style and grace.

7) “We demonize each other so much that it becomes tough to get things done,...”

Shut up, you belly-aching whiner! You are such a big puss! What a loser! I have more respect for the likes of Schumer and my own Senator Babs, who would flip us off and tell us to lick their boots when we came after them.

This man desperately needs an infusion of testosterone. He is weak and deflated. I can’t believe this is the president of our nation. What a lying bag of weak cheese!
