All this does is prove beyond any doubt that CPAC is no longer conservative.

You’re so right, wagglebee!

I predicted that he would do well and I was right.

Last night was my clue. Lots of brats on hand.

Help me here? I listened as much as possible to the speakers this week and found them to be pretty conservative what is it that some of you are having a problem with, just confused. Is this one of the reasons Palin did not go?

Actually all it proves is all “straw” polls are irrelvant and useless, and should be utterly ignored (along with ALL online polls) by anyone with two brain cells to rub together.

Makes me proud that Sarah didn’t care to attend.

Also explains why Beck did care to attend.

CPAC is no longer conservative... What are they? The Wacko Libertarian Party?

Who knows anymore... Seems like the party has lost its mind.

Excuse me? What is so unconservative about real money and auditing the Federal Reserve? Pro - LIFE, Ron Paul is far more conservative than the RINOS occupying Congress and Senate seats.

According to his radio spots, Ron Paul is the founder of the tea party movement.

“All this does is prove beyond any doubt that CPAC is no longer conservative.”

Well, they’re cheering on a good speech/presentation by Beck anyhow...but the straw poll is just weird/distressing...wonder how many get to vote in that??

"All this does is prove beyond any doubt that CPAC is no longer conservative."

It does a little more than that. It proves that they are a bunch of morons.

You are absolutely correct. Not only for supporting the gay agenda but selecting someone who absolutely will not support Israel. Evidently ron paul does not read the same Bible I do. My Bible says that God will punish those who side against or persecute Israel. I would rather have a Christian Demorat (if there is such a thing) who absolutely and unequivically supports Israel than have ron paul in the white houses.

Take the name Ron Paul out of it and ask yourself what this really means. He’s a lousy candidate for POTUS.

You’re smart. You can figure it out.

While Paul is not presidential material, I think he gets a bad rap. He is all about freedom and protecting the constitution.

The Paulistas are on the prowl and taking over things.

There’s a “get out of Afghanistan” guy running against an incumbent Republican for state representative in my county.

Not the case at all, I've been here 3 days and can tell you the only reason Ron Paul came in first is the number of young college kids here....they are the majority and they all like him. They can't tell you why they like him but they are all sporting Paul signs. Of the 10,000 here, only 2900 voted and I would venture to guess most of those were kids. Kind of scary.

It proves nothing of the sort.

Anyone at CPAC—attending or roaming around- can vote in this straw poll..the ron Paul kids just kept repeat voting and made sure they had the numbers. it is not a closed, verified poll. it means nothing.

And Dorothy goes over the rainbow.

I reckon these straw polls don't amount to a hill of beans.
