Michael Steele, Chairman of the RNC, visits Ron Paul at the Campaign For Liberty booth at CPAC 2010 to pick up a copy Paul’s most recent book, “End the Fed“.

I wonder if Steele voted for Paul in the Straw Poll? Nah… couldn’t be, or could it?

Yes, Steele is so clueless he has fallen for the “Ron Paul started the Tea Party movement” lie.

I don't know about Paul's book, but I recently read "The Creature From Jekyll Island", about the Fed.

Long book, but it explains the history of central banking, and the loathing our founders had for it.

Fiat money, fractional banking, and many other monetary concepts/tricks are made easy to understand.

The central banks are far more likely to cause the loss of our independence and freedom than any other dangers we face.

I urge you all to read it, and consider where our priorities should lie.

I’m confused. I hear that Ron Paul won the straw pole, and there was a lot of booing and hooting and hollering in the crowd. My question is, who the hell voted for him at CPAC?
Why would the crowd be booing if they were the ones doing it?

Apparently there were 10,000 people at CPAC and only 2,400 voted in the straw poll.

Oh come on. With the fed telling us all how much money there is, and thereby setting the value of our money, do you not think they’re in charge already? It doesn’t take a Ph.D. in Economics to see that a gov’t collusion with a central bank that can just print money is a really bad idea. How are they going to cover the deficit in the tax income with they’re social spending? By printing money of course! If there are polar opposites on this earth its a central bank and a free market. Michelle Bachmann was one of the first on board with RP’s Audit the Fed bill. Is she a “kook”?

"End the FED!!! and put Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid in charge!!! Brilliant idea."

G. Edward Griffin, author of "The Creature..." explains how central banking has allowed progressive politicians to persue their goals by providing unlimited funds/credit. They cannot plunder our treasure without this assistance. Only a fiscal policy grounded in REAL money, as REQUIRED by the Constitution, can stop our slide into one-world oblivion. "

A bunch of college aged Paulites hijacked the straw poll and no one paid attention to the scam going on.

Most Ron Paul supporters don’t support the Eco-Nazi scam.

If the FED did not exist, then you could not have a welfare state, you could not have the Gov’t owning car companies, you could not have unfunded etitlements. Imagine if the US Govt could not sell its Trillions in debt to the Fed this year? There would be NO talk of Obamacare, NO TARP, NO Stimulus.

Kill the Fed, and you kill the modern Democrat Party.

I witnessed the two groups working together at two Lungren town halls in North Cal and witnessed the same crowd at a SF rally near my in laws home.

Frankly , most of these people were lefties whom seem to be using Ron Paul as a cover to screw with conservatives at the town hall meetings.

You mean Paul has his own ACORNS? They could borrow Peter Paul’s candy slogan: Some times you feel like a nut, sometimes you don’t!

Fractional reserve banking, has thus far been the most generous of systems to create wealth. The actors involved in the creation of Jekyll Island, at the time, controlled 75% of the world’s wealth. JP Morgan et al provided the system that the electorate is destroying.

Why are Senators popularly elected? Why are government employees unionized? These real world examples have nothing to do with bankers or Israel. They are easily changed politically, if we convince enough to do so.
