Oh yes I did. The first time I actually got a threatening phone call. I told the guy I had no obligation to give more information than the Constitution allowed them to ask for. He made some threatening noises but that was the end of it.
Since then, I have not been bothered other than for the time I got one of those incredibly long forms with tons of questions which I threw in the trash. I got a follow up letter which also went into the trash. That was the end of that.
Should any census workers show up, I will not open the door since they are hiring ACORN people and felons and they have no right to pester me anyway.
I just cannot permit myself to be intimidated by my government.
