Unmentioned in the article is that local authorities have charged the deceased with obstruction of criminal activity. Next week, a civil ceremony honoring the yobs with a Diversity in Life Award will be scheduled.

An easy way to decipher any word or phrase you don't understand is to simply cut and paste it into Google. Works like a charm.
