PHOENIX (AP) — John McCain and Sarah Palin are scheduled to campaign together in Arizona next week for the first time since they conceded the presidential election in Phoenix in 2008.

Palin and McCain will be at a rally and picnic in Tucson on March 26, followed the next day by a rally in the Phoenix suburb of Mesa.

You haven’t told us the conservative that you support.

Wait, you’re accusing me of being a Romney supporter?

That’s what this is all about?

And I’m the one exhibiting “fuzzy” thinking. I suggest you read my posting history, then come back and apologize for missing the mark.

Hilarious.

Conservatives trust Palin - so to say otherwise, you are smearing conservatives.

I'm conservative and I don't trust anyone who campaigns for McCain. I guess some "conservatives" are a lot more comfortable with hypocrisy than others.

She is showing very poor judgment, IMO, by campaigning for the King of the RINOs and the Ambassador of Amnesty.

Maybe you're right. Time will tell. But what if what you characterize as 'spin' is simply an understanding by Palin supporters that she is more than these unfortunate associations with McLame. What if it's about the painful recognition of the larger context. For example, I can only imagine the kind of howling we would hear that Juan is good enough to run with but not good enough to campaign for.. with the implication she's a political animal and untrustworthy. And just to complete the thought, what about the somewhat familiar notion that if someone of character is forced by circumstance to confront a difficult situation that over time, more good can arise and for more people than could possibly have been foreseen. She did after all, use the term going rogue and I for one will give her my support until something truly warrants otherwise. G-d help us through these terrible times.

“If romney gets the nomination palin will have herself to blame”

I think that would be the voters fault, at least by rational thinking anyway.

There is a reason why conservatives have had one conservative nominee since 80. They are always easily divided.

Did it ever cross your mind maybe Sarah can flip Mac into supporting drilling in ANWR. Just a thought.

Step away from the keyboard. You aren't thinking clearly if you think I'm a Romney supporter on any level. Hell, I was bashing Scott Brown and his liberal support of RomneyCare the night he was elected and much of FR was jumping for joy.

I don't have an “obsession” with “Sarah”. I'd vote for her over Romney in a millisecond. That doesn't mean I can't question her bad decision on McCain.

by attacking fellow FReepers for questioning her judgment. Neat trick there.

Oh stop with your 'cozy' fellow Freepers - and ACTING like a victim! No one is attacking you. Your liberal roots are showing! If you can't handle TRUTH - you are on the wrong site! There is NO trick - only a lib would think like that - conservatives use TRUTH, not trick tactics - fuzzy man!

also puzzles me.

You are puzzled because you are clueless and that others can see right through you and YOUR TACTICS.

Now go cry about your disappointment some where else - it nauseating to conservatives.

At this point, Palin, but I’ve yet to make any decision on 2012 until I see the candidate pool. I also really like James Inhofe, but I’m pretty sure he isn’t Presidential material, or even has those aspirations.

Who do you support on this litmus test?

Did it ever cross your mind maybe Juan can flip Palin into supporting amnesty for illegals? Just a thought.

Or, perhaps McGore can flip Palin on the global warming BS that he still believes in to this day? Anything is possible, I suppose.

Oh please! They both endorsed McCain - and McCain wouldn't ask him to campaign for him because he NEEDS the conservative vote and Sarah is #1 in that area. Why would he want a liberal campaigning for him? MrRomneyCARE wouldn't go over AT ALL - it's more of a deficit. Who would show up for Mitt? LOL!!

There is never going to be a perfect candidate. Just like there is never going to be a perfect athlete in sports. and no one will ever have a perfect marriage or a perfect life.

My wife and I disagree on a lot of things and sometimes clash. It’s ok.

Michael Jordan couldn’t make every game winning shot.

lets get real..

I have no idea what you are talking about, and it's probably best if we never communicate again.

I do want it put out there that I am no liberal, 6 years of posting history will certainly back that up, and I don't appreciate being smeared as one by this poster on a conservative forum.

Careful now. Questioning Palin on this makes you either “stupid”, a “Mitt” supporter, or a “liberal” according to the self-annointed conservatives in this thread.

Well, there is a distinctly more conservative choice running against McCain, and I want him to defeat McCain in the primary.

So, this is a pretty big deal to some conservatives. The Palin Bots just are too focused on defending Palin than actually advancing conservatism in this case.

So don’t trust her! Case closed. See how simple that was? Much easier than you getting your pampers all wee wee’d up with hypocrisy!

I hope Palin, in her appearances with McLame speaks to all the points he is weak on, including personal character. It could, with a little finesse be a stump for Hayworth. I guess that sounds a bit naive. In fact I think it is.
