Washington, DC -- House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has, once again, rejected a plea from Rep. Bart Stupak to agree to a deal to remove the abortion funding from the Senate health care bill in exchange for support for it. Stupak and other pro-life Democrats have been hoping to strike the abortion funding in exchange for support.

This nun on Fox news is driving me crazy. A family member (truck driver) didn’t have health insurance so he died of prostrate cancer because he wasn’t diagnosed early enough. So..lets see, he had a job, but couldn’t afford a yearly check up? Is that what she is saying? Bet he afforded cable, internet, cell, etc.....
Also...she is a nun..doesn’t exactly have to worry about her job, income, family income, college tuition, making payroll. It is all other people’s money in her profession that she uses to help the poor. She just extends that philosophy to the govt.
She’s lucky the cops came. I would have gone to her house instead, and given her a taste of that medicine. What jury would convict me?

Today is St. Joseph’s Day. Patron Saint of the Holy Family and the Worker. I have been saying my Novena to him too that this evil will die before it destroys the American people and our very country not to mention our souls.
She is praying for it to pass. She is praying to St. Joseph for this bill to pass which included funding for murdering new babies before they have a chance to see the face of their mother or father or brothers or sisters.
I think I can safely guess just whose prayers on this vile piece of poison that St. Joseph will choose to answer.
But the order doesn’t have the earn their income..they just go out a fundraise? Maybe some orders make a product and sell it, but people buy it to support the order. Not neccessarily because they actually want the product.

I think her thought process IS that of a nun...take money from some people to give to other people. Her position on this is consistant.

I spent several years on the BOD of a small pregnancy center ... part of my (completely uncompensated) work was "fundraising".

And yes, the bills have to be paid ... water, sewer, power, phone, lease, business association, a few paid staff, materials must be purchased ...
