Perhaps the IRS will advise Ashley that she should have paid income tax on all of that largesse!
OUCH!

I don’t care how many times it’s been posted before, it bears posting again and again.
Thanks for posting today.

There’s already a lot of buyer’s remorse out there...the mainstream media isn’t reporting it...they continue to skew their polls with over-representation of Democrats.
This bill will probably pass this weekend...the outrage will be huge...the media will continue to lead cheers for Obama/Pelosi.
Unless the Dems can cook the election in November, this could be the end of the Democratic party, at least as we knew it. A good thing...but this bill is a heavy price to pay.
Re the November election, believe me, they will try and cook it.

I dunno. All I gather from this is he’s indulge the brat if times were good. Probably not the best idea in any circumstance.

If this is a true missive, it is priceless!
And I know a number of family (in-laws from RI)who could benefit from getting a letter like this...

No, but if Grandpa gave her more than $10,000 a year, he owed taxes.

Oh, no doubt this is just someone’s little creation (fictional, in other words)...but the sentiment(s) expressed herein are spot-on.

I don't care if someone made this letter up and spread it all over the place. When obama can go on tv any time he wants and spew One BS sob story after another to the public, we need get as many of these kind of writings out there for everyone to digest. Even if it's not genuine, it's TRUE!

How about you copying and posting it there, too! Not a chance. I doubt the veracity of it to begin with, which is why I think it belongs in chat and not news.

No, but if Grandpa gave her more than $10,000 a year, he owed taxes. That's the old limit; it has since been increased.
In fact, if I'm not mistaken, it would be she who would owe the taxes since she was the recipient.
